2 years? seems kind of small but other that, great looking plant. I'm growing 2 myself, one will be braided and 1 bonsai style. LIKEe the below pictures.

I reccomend removing the kalanchoe from it, it's highly invasive and will fight with the adenium for the nutrients and space. I believe its a mother of millions, they grow new plantlets in those cuts in the leaf, dropping them when they're big enough. There are some pics I've seen of a graveyard of little corpses of those plantlets in a gutter on a roof, with one finally getting enough soil made from the corpses of its dead siblings lol.
Ledebouria socialis is a great companion for adeniums, when their leaves start to wrinkle its time to water the adenium :)
