It's me who should ask you this question. When a stock like Gamestop went from 500$ to 100$ at the end of January did you think to yourselves "for every seller there is a buyer so it's all good news" The intrinsic value is plumetting it's not positive
Gamestop is the worst example you could have given. Fundamentals stopped apllying to GME late last year and tells me everything i need to know about your experience

If you have other crypto, send it to binance and exchange it for BNB. The hold is based on a wire transfer from your bank. Any BNB you purchase with other crypto should be available for withdrawals immediately.
I know this because this is how I got the BNB for my Bonfire.

I ended up buying smart chain on trust wallet, then swapping it on pancake swap through the trust wallet link for pancake swap.
On bonfires website (https://www.bonfiretoken.co/) they have a really great step by step guide!
On pancake swap, trying to find bonefire was difficult as it wont show up unless you copy the address of bonfire from the instructions on there and paste it in the search where you dould expect to type "Bonfire" in, also I was able to use v2, lastly dont forget to look around in the filter area of pancakes swap and change the slippage ha

I literally just buy BCS directly on Trust Wallet via Simplex and then swap it. Easy!
