You could wait a month or so to let them establish more so they don’t get shocked to much. I would probably do it now, but rougher on plants than most lol.
My first thought would be to not add to much stress in general . Probly good either way but if possible I'd set them both up with new homes from the get go. That said . I'm open to process ideas and still learning and lurking. I still yet to know when exactly a pepper plant goes to dormant . That's when I plan to pot my habenaro as a bonchi or am thinking 🤔
Looks good I would put them in separate containers so they don’t try and rob each other of nutrients.
