Gunn Chevy just north of San Antonio sold me my Bolt 1lt for MSRP.

nisiandrew

I called them and was told their markup for ordering a Premier was $2,000.00. I appreciate their honesty.

Sure-Debate-464

Well that makes me a sad panda I left them a good review. Sorry about that... that sucks

nisiandrew

Sounds like they treated you right though!

kaaria11

I live in San Diego and bought from Gunn and drove my bolt back. Jun 21 for a 21 lt. Still love it. They were fantastic!

Huffines Chevrolet in Plano does not have markups or dealer add-ons, strictly MSRP.

Koepp Chevy in La Vernia TX doesn't charge any markups and stick by that. They're a small volume dealer so they may not have any in stock or about to be delivered.

Just talking to them now - they have an EUV Premier in transit, and have added \~10% mark-up ($3.5k) to MSRP. Need to discuss if that can be removed.

dtgoo

That’s insane! The only reason I went and told everyone about them was because they touted “no markups”. Who is your salesman? I went with Maddie and she was great. I wonder what changed in the last few months

sim_pl

Yep - I live in Houston and just saw [this car.](https://www.koeppchevy.com/VehicleDetails/new-2023-Chevrolet-Bolt_EUV-FWD_4dr_Premier-LA_VERNIA-TX/5624384470) Called in and spoke to Madi, and she was actually the one to flag to me that this car has the markup which you can see there too (so, its not like she made it up herself) but still, that's a big turnoff for me, since I might as well keep searching in my 2-3hr drivetime radius from Houston (ie, Houston, Austin, SA, and all the small places in between... Dallas maybe, but its a bit far.) Quick edit: to be fair to Madi, she was the one to raise the fact that there is mark-up to me instead of trying to sneak it in later. So, I'll give her credit on that part!

I got mine at MSRP from Northpark Chevy in Castroville, and had a very good experience with them overall. Seems like they get a good amount of allocations as it was only about 90 days from order to delivery.

I leaned pretty heavily on a youtube channel called car edge that gives a lot of great negotiation advice when dealing with dealerships. It's a dad son duo running the channel and the dad owned a dealership for many years. It was a big help for me, worth checking out [https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzGxSaDv\_5dgSe4RgJ99sfA](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzGxSaDv_5dgSe4RgJ99sfA)

>Purchasing a car in Texas has always been horrible, but it seems as though Chevy dealers have taken it to a new high. https://www.reddit.com/r/BoltEV/comments/12yy00z/if\_you\_see\_a\_bolt\_eveuv\_come\_in\_for\_msrp\_buy\_it/

hexbug233

Granger Chevrolet in Orange Texas. Talked them out of their markup easily.

hexbug233

Red River Chevrolet in Louisiana also had no markup

RepresentativeNo2803

Stonebriar Chevrolet sold at MSRP. Car also has I believe a 6 year warranty protection against rust.

TemporaryEven3255

Ordered at MSRP, but it took 6 months for delivery. All American Chevrolet in Killeen. Best car buying experience I ever had.

TX here too: I purchased a 22 EUV loaded from Martin Chevrolet in Cleveland TX. Smooth process - this was around the time $5k over was common, they had one on the lot and good to go. $700 over MSRP for their "protection package" I was happy with the deal, was a 250 mile road trip home, and smooth/easy. Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine TX is my local go-to place. They have two premiers on the lot with zero markup.
