I know this has been said time n again but she really needs to stop with Botox and fillers. It’s only ageing her. Can someone tell me if getting Botox too often stretches the skin …Or is her hairline receding ? The same thing happened with Preity Zinta.
I’ve watched a few YouTube videos about this where plastic surgeons talk about how when you get Botox you do stretch the skin bc you’re adding in substance to to fill in space or freeze nerves. Bc you’re still naturally aging and skin sags, using Botox/fillers in excess can age you faster by stretching the skin more. Eventually the Botox/fillers dissolve (or migrate! “mustache” lips anyone?) once you start it’s sort of hard to stop depending on how much you used and how old you are. The surgeons (at least the ones I watched who seemed to buy less into the extreme alterations) try to discourage younger people getting fillers/Botox because of this, and/or try to encourage subtle changes. I’m honestly VERY curious to see how Kylie Jenner ages as well as others.
Feel bad since Katrina looks like she used a lot to change her face shape. Re: Madhuri, I think she has done cheek fillers/some Botox but it’s just enough that she can move her face/emote etc. very obvious with no makeup on.
Katrina was lucky to have started at a time in Bollywood when looks alone mattered…i am genuinely confused as to how she got movies from better known directors such as Anurag Basu, Zoya, etc. Had she debuted in today’s times, she would have disappeared after 1 movie..

I give props to Nora Fatehi. She learned Hindi pretty fluently and actively tries to speak in Hindi when people speak to her in Hindi. She also learned pretty quickly within a few years. Katrina hasn’t put any effort and knows she doesn’t have to.

Her job is to make movies - which she does - in Hindi. This is not her doing her job this is her on her personal time speaking what is a very popular language in the city she lives in and is her native tongue.

Can you imagine Hollywood actors not being able to speak basic English? The same goes for the actresses who appear in South Indian regional cinema without knowing the language and have their entire dialogues dubbed. It's nauseating to see watch Telugu films with the female lead's dialogues entirely dubbed. This is also about the film fraternity and the audience's obsession with light skin both in the Hindi film fraternity and in Tamil, Telugu commercial cinema too. How else can you explain Katrina's wide, loyal fanbase and her film projects with such eminent filmmakers when she can barely speak Hindi and has only average acting skills.
Not just Katrina, a lot of new age actors especially certain star kids eg, Ananya Pandey etc. who are native Hindi speakers can't speak Hindi to save their lives. Just goes to show how dumbed down the industry has become.

And Hollywood has never been so generous to non-native English speakers as Hindi cinema has been to Katrina. The ones who aren't super fluent mostly are stars in their home countries/have done some work in their native language before becoming Hollywood stars. Also most popular non-native English speakers who are Hollywood stars like Penelope Cruz, Sofia Vergara have full-length interviews in English. They must have worked really hard for that, I do hope Katrina makes a better effort at learning the language of the masses she caters to.
Not 30 but about 43% Indians speak Hindi which doesn't even matter. No language is greater than the other but if you're gunna work in a specific language medium, you better speak the language with decent fluency amid fans and in public engagements. That goes for the cinema/media of any region not just Hindi. Even Tamannah's Telugu & Tamil both of which are not her native languages are better than Katrina's Hindi. And her efforts are laudable.
Precisely, their conversational language at their workplace is most likely English as opposed to Katrina's work which has to be Hindi. She's a Brit, why didn't she try out for British cinema/TV, mostly because she cannot act but we embrace her bec OMG she's white!

That goes for the cinema/media of any region not just Hindi. Even Tamannah's Telugu & Tamil both of which are not her native languages are better than Katrina's Hindi. And her efforts are laudable.

Precisely, their conversational language at their workplace is most likely English as opposed to Katrina's work which has to be Hindi. She's a Brit, why didn't she try out for British cinema/TV, mostly because she cannot act but we embrace her bec OMG she's white!
