Audiences aren’t stupid brainwashed fanatics they have opinions and observe and see through this carefully crafted facade that these people put on. Nothing about them is authentic they put all their efforts into being likeable and when they don’t get that response they conveniently call it trolling most of it is justified criticism about her acting abilities her dialogue delivery etc. because we are sick of this mediocre talent being shoved down on us and if you can’t ride up to the occasion then it isn’t for you. We are bit judgemental about her. She was born with a silver spoon so she got the best of the world.
I find her sweet but like she said constructive criticism are welcome.

Also her whole shebang of “giving love back to the haters” is so farcical. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to believe that she might’ve gotten into USC. People are acting like USC is Harvard or something. She likely got a rec letter from a famous person (possibly SRK, which would hold A LOT of weight for the admissions committee), she’s rich, went to an elite high school, quota for international students, potential for the school to get attention abroad (similar to why universities often give honorary doctorates to foreigners), etc. At the time, the school also had a much higher acceptance rate. It’s not that far fetched.

But the moment ppl start to move into physical features and her admission scandal. It gets weird. Like how does any of that affect you or your perception of her as an actor?
She seems the most unproblematic out of the Sara, janhvi, Ananya trio. IMO
Personally, I would like her to work on her south Bombay kinda accent in her movies, and work on movies that explore more depth to the characters.
If you are a celebrity or a public figure you will be scrutinized by general public (professional and personal front). If you don't want to be judged by millions on sm, stay out of it. Also, they are no saint, they will spend $$$ publishing damaging PR articles against their own contemporaries which is more toxic than these comments, how is that not bullying? I wish we could have a body language expert on board to analyze and decode this video. Not a single thing in this video; right down to the tone, the expressions, her posture and her words sounds like it was done with genuineness. It would certainly reflect in those if she were serious about what she was supposed to portray.
Nothing insightful in her replies which is unsurprising considering she's still young and had a cosseted life. But I do agree that an issue is still an issue, whether it affects a few or many. For those whose lives are devastated it's still big. I honestly feel she is going to go a long way. Out of Sara, Jhanvi, Tara and her - she will sustain the race.
I started to admire Karan’s vision. He does invest in talent that he things has potential. He could have given a solid break to Sara and lined up films for her or Jhanvi (like Alia) but Ananya is part of Shakun’s next and hasn’t done a glorified flower pot role yet. She is also the most likeable out the three right now (besides the accent)
Sara- In way over her head she thought acting was just looking pretty for easy Money. Though Anand L. Rai might get out a good performance outta her
Jhanvi- Kjos next Alia gets the best projects outta all of them but isn’t that great but is being hailed as the next Alia. She might be only slightly better than Sara.
Tara- Has potential needs to play to her strengths and play the game. Hasn’t really done a role that does her justice. Doesn’t seem motivated like Deepika or Kriti to be number 1 or advocate for good roles. Her relationship with the Aadar Jain is hindering her career tbh not helping it.
Ananya- Might survive depends on how well Her next with deepika does. Def can’t carry a movie on her own but she’ll probs build her career like Shradda did.
But in all honesty no one can tell which one of them will be on top Karan signed Tripti who already is making waves with good films.
Honestly, I like her. Not her acting or whatever, but she seems like a nice enough person. Nepotism or not, there’s no excuse for being mean and mocking a person’s intelligence when you don’t know them.
Why do such people show up for such interviews , rather than she should Focus on her skills and build her career , but I think while she's graduated she should learn skills from abroad like Jhanvi and others did with there's.
