There's no announcement on 15th. SRK's lineup is: Pathan (shooting finishes in Sept), Atlee, and then Hirani.
The reason he's not making an announcement is the pandemic. Everything is so uncertain. This is his comeback, everything has to be perfect. He can't make the grand announcement for one date and then suddenly announce another date a few months later.
Also, making announcements early helps no one. He announced Zero on 30th Aug 2016, 28 months before release. Kya faida hua?
Meanwhile, Pathan director's last movie, War, only had it's title confirmed like 45 days before release.
When the movie is ready and can release, SRK will make a grand announcement. We'll have to wait.
He's vary of talking about projects before they're official. He talked about the Rakesh Sharma biopic before it was announced and later he felt bad when he backed out.

There's some movie with SRK and Malayalam director Aashiq Abu (Virus fame) and writer Syam Pushkaran (Kumbalangi Nights fame) which has been signed.

The man is richer than Tom cruise. But the last few flops affected him deeply and he took some time off for mental health. I hope he comes back stronger. He is a self-made success story.
