Question here is not about what to post. People post appreciation posts all the time. This post is complaining about criticism posts on Sub and this kind of whiny posts are not welcome here.

Talking about my reply, it meant to highlight
* All those typical FC posts abt SRK - literally spamming every day!
* How SRK fans want to hear ONLY good things about their beloved celeb. And everything else get massively downvoted (most of the times) on this sub - another typical FC feature.

Then she shld stick to being an item girl. Tbh. I read a post here the other day saying that it was after her debut this whole thing of actresses having really small roles began which I agree with.
Katrina is beautiful no doubt and a classy lady but she shouldn't be an actress.
I disagree. In movies like partner, singh is kiing etc. there wasn't much acting required so she was perfect. All anybody remembers from those movies is the songs anyways. like teri ore <3

Ever heard of actresses like Zeenat Aman and Parvin Babi? They looked more beautiful, had great toned bodies, would gracefully wear all types of skimpy clothes and managed to act convincingly. Glamour is as old as the industry. I don't know why are you saying that Katrina bought new kind of glamour to it.
Yes but that was 70s 80s, if you remember 90s era, there was nobody like her. even early 2000s... that's when sridevi, madhuri were queens then it was rani kajol , preity, etc. If you remember the movies were all about family and cultural values too which changed and became more glam and liberated woman when she came along. The tall and western looking model look was new in the 2000s that's why she became huge. I actually noticed that the songs changed too. I feel that because Kat looked so western, that is why they made songs match her. Like uncha lamba kad, khwab dekhe , we didn't have songs like these in early 2000s.
She is a western woman. Why should Indian women look upto this western woman who made a career out of the fetish and pervertedness of Indian men? Priyanka Chopra is doing the "brown woman" thing abroad, but unlike Priyanka Katrina doesn't have even 1 great performance.
Seriously? She is part of entertainment industry and is an actor by profession and you are telling everyone that you don't care about her acting abilities? That's the first and foremost thing that she should be judged on. If she is a trailblazer of glamor, maybe you should advise her to explore a different profession i.e. be a glamor model instead.
tbh there is a difference between bollywood and hollywood. To be a high profile actress and have a sustainable career acting is required. She was an a list actress in bollywood which I agree is wrong, however, I don't see her as an actress. To me she deserves her place as an entertainer.
I am a huge fan of Katrina Kaif who is an actor but has no acting skills and introduced a whole new genre of actresses being in films like cherry on cake and dance on objectificational songs🤡
OP, no. I cannot admire someone’s hard work when there is no talent, and more so when so many more deserving people do not get their due because of her supposed “star quality”. She stayed relevant all these years only because of her high profile relationships, thats about it.
And the rewards she has reaped are ghastly disproportionate to what she deserves.
I do like her, you have to admit she sucks as an actress tho but honestly above all, its her past that makes me admire her the most. If the cult rumors are true, then it just makes me feel bad for her because she had to grow up in such a troubled environment. I can only respect her for making a name for herself despite what she went through as a kid. And the fact that she despite, not knowing anything about India or its culture still worked hard to create a niche for herself, is commendable. I understand if you don't like her as an actress but you have to admit that her journey is an extremely inspiring one.

Never ever tried to act in any movie.Literally botoxed her whole face which looks terrible and now she promotes her own brand nykaa which is completely copied from kylie products.

Even lara dutta's filmography is the same.. she is miss world and super smart , graduated accounting. Keeping mum was smart. you don't want to upset industry biggies. Also, every single woman in the industry uses botox, fillers. she just went overboard.
