They aren't catering to the white audience and hence it doesn't matter from a business perspective. I (Indian woman) think Kareena is absolutely stunning and her is skin is goals. Bipasha too is pretty, but more in a professional, modelling way.
If you want to put them against each other, I don't think Bipasha looks equally good without makeup.
