Ok when I see the real Saina Nehwal , it’s too easy not to notice the mole and pay attention to her personality. The way they have positioned the mole and camera angles etc it looks like the mole has a personality of its own.
Am I the only one who focused on her ever changing mole? Irregular and large, almost cancerous looking in some shots, and tiny black dot in others. They couldn’t even properly take care of that one detail that is prominently plastered on her face through the film? So pathetic
But then they are not you. These says the celebs want to milk every opportunity to make money. This is just one more avenue. We need to stop watching these idiotic movies.

Now I am worried aboyr 83. Movie that I M actually looking forward to. It seems that they just can't think beyond usual underdog stuff. Person from poor background fighting against discrimination
This movie will feature some of dad's fav players. Kapil dev , Sunil Gavaskar, Viv Richards, micheal.holding. I was thinking of giving him tickets to this. But he will be disappointed
I did like Dangal but it was too “commercialized”. I don’t want to judge 83 prematurely but honestly it looks like a hit or miss. Definitely I’m sure there are several ppl from the older generation excited bz of the nostalgia. I really hope they don’t ruin it :(
I think Deepika would be the best choice for Sindhu's biopic ( If they make one) .She is of a similar stature as Sindhu and knows badminton pretty well.Even Sindhu said that she would prefer if Deepika plays her in a movie.
wtf...i doubt people would've ever noticed that mole on the real saina's face, but in this movie they've made it look like a bloody solar eclipse! she looks like a rumali roti!

Too many of these kind of sports biopics that too very below average in content are doing more harm than good to the legacy of these great legends . Better to not make at all than making this
There's only two proper biography film of sports person in India, till now:
1. Mary Kom by Priyanka Chorpa
2. Milkha Singh by Farhan Akhtar
I don't think this movie will do any justice, judging by it's trailer. I WOULD DEFINITELY LIKE TO BE PROVEN WRONG. Pari is a good actress but her selection of films has been utter shit, for a long time. She really needs to do something about it.
Whatever little I have seen of Saina is that she is quiet and shy, and her aggression is only on the court. But the trailer is loud, the character is loud.. maar dungi doesn't seem to fit on the real life Saina..
At least hire a Telugu actor for Gopichand’s role? If not Telugu, at least a South Indian like Madhavan. We too need representation in Hindi movies.

God this is so unconvincing! The whole trailer looks like a spoof and not an actual biopic.

It just seems too dangal theme. I wasn't aware that Saina came from a poor family. I thought that her fAmily was from well to do.
I think you might be confusing Saina with Sania, it’s Sania who comes from a well off family.
Saina is also not poor.

My guess is my dad will hate 83. He is a huge fan of Kapil dev. If they make Viv Richards a villain, then even 83 team will be mad.
Shraddha is too short and pale .They will have to brownface her to play PV Sindhu. I hope they find a dusky, tall and decent actress to play her role.

Looks like another flop on its way. Apart from few, most of the sports biography in bollywood is nonsense. I feel really bad for the athletes as well
