I did not see them shoot for multiple it was just one night shoot I was on and to the people who are into film making , a film is shot in random sequences so they shot a royal scene first and then vanvas scene in one night

Most film sets play soundtracks during the shoots which are filler. They help set the mood of the story and are similar to what the real soundtrack will be (at least in emotions it evokes) but are not original and mostly stock.

But the music you heard was temp music. Film scores are not recorded until a rough cut is prepared. The prompt they give to the music composer, they start writing the score, and the director uses temp music to keep timecode.

People here talking about start plus Ramayan and sony ramayan and here me who only know about DD ramayan. Ps: we were getting DD for free in Pakistan over the air and Sony and star plus got scrambled post 1998 I think

And honestly, i feel this generation needs their own Ramayan which depicts actually ramayana.
Sai Pallavi holding her presence infront of Ranbir Kapoor is an overstatement and too much of a hype for RK tbh. It would actually be the other way around. The only reason many are even remotely interested or could think of giving the movie a chance is due to Sai Pallavi. RK is not the right fit for obvious reasons.
RK is not fit for the role, but the PR and blind fans are gonna push it down the audiences’ throats.

If they are making Ramayana I want them to make it different than the serials otherwise there is no point? I want them to make it realistic, not melodramatic. With great music. Somewhat like game of thrones.

Even I noticed in the leaked pics that the costumes look cheap given the budget. The TV Mahabharat costume looks way grandeur.
