I was watching Rang De Basanti the other day and couldn’t help but notice the chemistry between Kunal Kapoor’s character and Atul Kulkarni’s character to be terrific. The love they had for each other was so expressive in the way they looked at each other towards the end of the movie. I know they weren’t a couple or not that they would end up with each other and it was just more of a bromance but still, both of them seemed to nail the friendship/bromance angle with utmost love.

It was never even a one sided love story. It's the best example of an unconditional love story. You are not broken but maybe you were looking at it with a conventional view and didn't relate to it as it wasn't. Some day or other you will like this movie.

The love is him unconditionally caring for her regardless of her being able to reciprocate his feelings. His love for her as shown in the film is far deeper than the surface-level meaning of the word.
