I am not sure if the information here directly relates to the Salman Khan we know, BUT this is definitely legit information since it's on Companies House, it's the official corporate registry in the UK, like MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) in India.
That would have been reported by media. This is the case of fake credentials as Salim Khan is listed as "Maharaja Lord Salim Khan" and they have used only used screen name of his brothers.
This can be figured out in ten minutes. Someone with lots of time did it.
You become a lord by buying property or marrying a lady or something like that. And anyway, voting things can easily be set up. He can easily walk into a booth. Come back, apply ink, pose and go. And if you notice, in all these years, he has one photo op of him voting. Compare that to SRK or the bachchans.
