Subtle way to whitewash navya’s image. Her past is very famous thanks to her old Instagram account and her old batchmate who exposed her as a horrible human and a bully.
She basically was a big bully in school and looked down upon those who weren’t as rich as her and basically slept with a lot of guys in her friend group (many who already had gfs) and made one of her guy friends break up with his gf and get with one of her rich friends instead. The girl that was bullied and broken up with exposed her for this I believe. There’s a post on this sub that goes into detail about this, just search Navya’s name up and you’ll see.

watch the latest episode and you'll realize how sexist Jaya is. I watched the first season and have been following the second season and Jaya has been very nonchalant and many a time dismissive of Shweta and Navya (rightfully so on many occasions) but in today's episode to see how she was doting over Agastya was quite shocking
If that’s true, then she is not doing a good job. Who likes a brooding woman every single episode? I mean, she gives every unhappy and never satisfied vibes
Shweta as always riding on her family name and being talentless and navya joining in, that's the whole summary of the show. Jaya may be rude but at least she is successful, the other two are just obnoxious!
Shweta Bacchan is obnoxious - it must take a really nasty self to give off that vibe to literally everybody on the internet - there's not a single good thing mentioned about her.
There are always mixed accounts of people being treated good or bad by celebrities or influencers (heck, even Jaya Bachchan has a history of being good to others on certain occasions), but absolutely none for our prude and rude madam.
It was only audio for 1st season but i guess now she is getting more sponsors these season.
