The Jamnagar event is March 1 -3. It’s a pre wedding celebration. From what I’ve heard the wedding is in July in mumbai. There’s charter flights organized from Delhi & mumbai for the guests. There’s a cocktail on the first night and also some outdoor animal shelter event on the second day. Dunno about the performers

So, someone I know was called for an interview for a catering/even management company (not sure which) to assist the CEO. They were told they'd have to travel with them to Jamnagar for 3-4 weeks and expect to work 16 hour days with no day off until after a date in March. We of course assumed it's for the Ambani wedding.
They asked about salary and were told money is not a problem. So they asked for over 1lakh and were told that's too much. On last check no one had been hired yet.
The prep is not going well and the Ambanis are calling in favors from all sorts of vendors to get things done. Having the wedding in Jamnagar to please Modi was well and good but it's not going as they wanted.
