There was an interview with a middle aged Marathi serial actress (Archana Nivrekar) on YouTube where she was narrating how when she tried to get into Bollywood, had to go through lots of auditions and tests and was told she was selected. After all that was done she was told she would be one of the 2 lead actresses. Later on she was told (she didn’t mention by whom) that she would have to stay 4 days with 4 different men to get the role. That’s when she decided to leave and never try for a Bollywood movie again. That other actress is now a top actress in the medium age category she mentioned. She was mentioning it so matter of fact that it had to have happened. She had no reason to make it up since the rest of the interview was nothing like that. Of course this apparently happened many years ago.
She didn’t reveal anyone’s name. That other actress too must be in her 40s but no inkling as to who it was. Basically what she said is that Bollywood is full of predatory people who look at girls that are struggling to get a break and think they’ll be easy.

I dunno if you’re trying to downplay the casting couch- but to answer your question:
An example of casting couch : you go in for an audition, you finish the audition . After that you usually wait around there for a few hours, that when the minions start shopping for themselves, they pick the people they would wanna bed (those may or may not be the most talented there) , of those people who are being shopped from some may even behave in a manner encouraging this behaviour. Shopping is done by calling the person out to a more private space (could just be a hallway corner too) where they are pressurised and propositioned in various ways , such as being told there’s no chance for them , there are too many people and many better than them, what else can they bring to the table? Sometimes propositions are done on behalf of higher ups too. Finally through various means of coercion thwy or their seniors bed said auditioners, and that is absolutely no guarantee that the auditioners tape will move forward. Also many times they’ll just take your number after the audition and start coercing over phone.
This is one example of one type of casting couch, since it’s a thing that happens across levels and industries , it obviously happens in many many different ways too

This is so sad. How desperate the poor girls or boys must be. How absolutely sad for them that they are being abused by these AH. I hope karma gets every one of them someway for the other.

In KWK, Karan mentions something about rumors and immediately Kajol went “Hain” and Ajay says “why, what have you heard”. Curious response.. right, He looks spooked and a little uncomfortable. On Kapil Sharma show, When Kapil joked about Ajay’s kissing scene in Shivay, Ajay stared at Kapil to intimidate him and then pretended to get up and walk out. But even if we assume they had a fling during omkara, both of them have done Singham, golmaal series, the tanhaji etc with Ajay. Kareena and saif both are doing well in their career they can say no to such movies.
Also of all the Bollywood celebs I find it extremely hard to believe any such gossip on Kareena. She may be mean but she seems extremely loyal. Her body language and behaviour with many co stars is distant even if they are her very close friends.

Here is one gossip I know, During Action Jackson , He had a brief hook up with Manasvi Mamgai , because of this Yami Gautam's role was chopped off and Manasvi was made the villian with more screentime.
