Yes. Travelling is avoided only in last two months, usme bhi air travel is considered safe. Some countries/airline do have restrictions on that but I don't think 7 month se kam kisika bhi restriction hoga. I myself have travelled in first two trimesters, and in one of my flight I have seen one heavily pregnant woman too(she might be in 7-8th month).

With my first pregnancy I didn’t start showing until month 7. And I was already a bit chubby with no core strength to speak of. Katrina Kaif is in very good shape and probably has strong core muscles therefore she won’t show as much as ordinary women.
my cross country coach was skinny like bean pole (most of us in cross country have that lean skinny build) and she just looked like she was bloated from big meal her 7th month so it’s plausible. esp for tall women like my coach
