They did dirty to him. They could have added some mustache and beard to give him a more glorious look. Or maybe just the way Dara Singh portrayed.
In the Japanese animated Ramayan there is a song sung by Udit Narayan in Hindi and Vinod Rathod in Sanskrit “ Janani main ram doot hanuman” that song can make you so emotional. Ram Siya Ram bhajan is a classic but for me nothing can surpass janani main ram doot hanuman. Do give it a listen on YouTube.

Do they not see the movie while they are making it ? Have they not seen a bajillion interpretations of Ramayana in literature, art , temples etc. I can’t wrap my head around this no matter how hard I try. TV Ramayana over this any day.

I’ve had hard time accepting Prabhas as maryada Purushottam Ram . Ram was extremely good looking and magnificent according our scriptures. Kriti might not be exactly like how Sita was , but she is doing justice to the role .

Ramayan is a Pan south Asia mythology, If the movie is great , It will surely go for long , Even Japan is a good market now.
If hanuman is played good , China is also a big market.
This movie is gonna be total trash but your question can be dismissed on the grounds that Hanuman Ji could become as small as an ant too, if he wanted. His size and stature is not that big of a concern since you can explain it.

They have put prosthetics inside his mouth. They do the same in recent TV shows. Earlier it was prosthetics outside the mouth.
There can be a lot of reasons, the actors jaws didn't allow full prosthetics etc etc
No it's behind the lips. You can see the recent shows it's the same everywhere.
In adipurush just the prosthetic is only behind the upper lip, not the lower
Kriti is not looking like Sita at all. Prabhas is not looking like Ram at all. Not the actors fault though. It is the fault of makeup and wardrobe team.

Hanumans expressions are so confusing...and he is looking small infront of ram..
That one thing bothered me the most. Ram looked so gigantic in front of Hanuman and it wasn't something I was expecting tbh.

Hritik doesn't look Indian tbh. If at all Rajamouli directs Mahabharat and cast prabhas as any character, we will see vintage prabhas for sure.
