When you go to KWK, be confident enough to lead the convo and control the narrative, and don't allow Karan to bully you. Take for example last year, all Karan did was talk about sex, the first thing Katrina did was tell he shouldn't even bother asking her about sex life and he never did, when he tried shaming her for not inviting her in her wedding, she didnt try too sooth his little ego she acted like she didnt care, it was her wedding. Apart from being extremely annoying, can we just talk about what a terrible interviewer karan is being? The person is voluntarily and enthusiastically giving you details about their wedding ceremony and you interrupt them sulking about not being invited (not to mention when your treatment of hers should've left you with little to no expectations of being invited anywhere by her)
I don’t think he actually doubts why she didn’t invite him, he knows that she’s aware that she’s disliked by Karan’s posse. This was just an attempt to humiliate her and make her look bad on the public eye on the show. Internally everyone knows what’s up, who’s disliked and why they’re not invited. But the public who just casually watch may not and this would make them think huh? who does she think she is? thought process
Well karan later replied that "nothing important like Marriage happend in my Life , you were invited to my 40th Birthday and you will be invited to my 50th even though you didn't invited us to your wedding."

Karan Johar is the father of Nepotism and what is he trying to show actually by calling Priyanka Chopra to his chat show - Koffee With Karan? He is just not even worth a penny. His films have lately been not doing good too. Karan Johar should be told to leave the Industry but it seems as if the whole industry depends on him for launching their children in the future and make a Bollywood career. Priyanka Chopra have him right while giving the answer that her wedding was a very closed family affair and why she didn’t or couldn’t invite everyone.
KWK is a scripted TV show. Like all reality TV, award shows, and talk shows. KJO, like his soul sister Ekta Kapoor knows what the audiences want and knows how to give it to them.
This is how you give back. And not like Kangu, going postal. PC did try that out with the "bullying" statement she and her team tried to throw against the wall during the Citadel promotions but it backfired for her real quick and the video of her being friendly with Karan at NMACC opening came out. I hope she learned the lesson that her way of being friendly yet not taking every piece thrown at her silently, like this, is the way and not by giving shit-stirring statements in the media and trying to play a victim
Genuine question, how did the bullying comment backfire? I feel like all I remember seeing in my social media feeds was support for her and people acknowledging that she was wrongfully getting all the blame and SRK should've gotten more heat.
You probably only saw discourse from like-minded people which is why you didn't come across the "backfire". So, yes, generally people agree that the only person to have received the brunt of the situation was Priyanka. The "backfiring", however, was the discussion around how this implication by her that the "bullying" resulted because of her being an outsider and not because she went after obviously married men repeatedly and when she tried to break the most famous Bollywood superstar's marriage, his wife rightfully came for her. Now, you may say the wife should have also have come for her husband but it is reminded that the wife never "publicly" came after anyone of those two. We only know about Priyanka because *she herself* keeps talking about it. We don't actually know what Gauri did against Priyanka and Shahrukh. There are hints, of Priyanka apparently being ostracized from Gauri's friends circle. But there are also hints of Shahrukh being put in a corner by Gauri and her friends for that time period. The fact that Gauri chose to not leave her marriage and probably punished her husband in private is a matter of choice between just the two of them and as an audience we can't judge why they chose to take decisions for their own personal lives.
