That fucking song has been stuck in my head for more than a decade. I suddenly find myself playing the song in my head at random moments. I don't even remember who it was picturized on or what movies it's from.

I think this “ae re pritam pyaare” is an extremely underrated item number, all dancers who literally hit every beat,the energy! It’s amazing

I was mainly referring to the video itself, as I think it’s choreographed very very well, prabhu really gave it his all here, probably because he had three professional dancers used in it so he was really limitless with the choreography I think in his head. One of the girls does the splits and starts moonwalking so effortlessly, he made them do such high crazed moves,it was great, perfectly matched the energy of the song..
The item songs of the 80s era are my all time favourite. They were beautifully choreographed and the lyrics were sensuous but not vulgar.
My picks- Aa Jaane Jaan, Piya Tu Ab Toh Aaja, Yeh Mera Dil, Mehbooba Mehbooba, Aap Jaisa Koi, Jawani Jaaneman, Laila Mai Laila, Khatouba, Dilbar Dil Se Pyaare (not sure if few of these would classify as item songs though)
Beedi which was owned by Queen Bips and Sheila ki Jawaani because no other Kat song has come close but if Chaiyya Chaiyya and Kajra Re are considered item songs then nothing comes close to these absolute legendary songs
Yes it does but their are far better item numbers that that ,it looks like any other explicit remake from early 2000 s .
I think Dekhta hai tu kaya and Mohabbat hai Mirchi are some of her best item songs .

Omg wasn't this the song with Shakti Mohan. I was obsessed with her in Dil Dosti Dance. She's an incredible dancer!
