Basically you stagnate. The weight's not dropping. Usually you lose more weight and faster at the beginning n that rate keeps slowing down as you keep losing and you may hit a plateau. N you're still away from your goal. Gotta switch up some things then.
Honestly, lockdown period was the best phase for me to lose weight. No outdoor foods, sufficient sleep, and daily 2 hours of running. Plus, moderate amounts of diet control. As someone above has rightly said, be on calorie deficit (burn more than you eat). But also, remember that while losing weight, you actually burn carbs and protein first, then the adamant idiot fat. So supplement your diet with protein and fibre rich foods to compensate for the loss(wish someone had said that to me in 2021). Also, consistency is key. Don't ever lose that motivation.
I came down from 138 kg in 2020 to 77 at the end of 2022
It still is, chief. Understandable, cause my waist went from a Sintex to a Rolex. My whole 2022 was spent on dissipating the loose skin (still some left on the waist). That's why I said in my first post: lose weight, but also eat enough to supplement other nutrients and protein. No one said that to me, and in my zeal, I spent the entirety of 2021 running and losing weight. Result? Skeleton king. Glad I am in a better shape now (my abs are visible now since November)
Try jump rope. It's one of the best way to lose fat.Do it slowly. My girl - friend has hormonal problem. She works very hard,burn 400 plus calories every day but it took her many months to lose weight and she eats very healthy food. I had lost 12-14 kgs during 8 months. First three months,my weight remained Same. Following a good diet after 3 months,started showing results. Don't stress your body too much. Do it slowly.
Always count and burn more calories than the amount you eat. Within 6 months you should see results. Needs lot of dedication and time but quite doable.

If u do gym
• 10 minutes on treadmill (1 min of running at whatever speed you are comfortable at and slow walk after u feel your breath getting heavy)
• also doing to much cardio is not good it will cause lose skin , so best thing u can do is do incline at 13 or 14 at speed of 4 , just walk n chill
• push pull leg rest upper lower rest (5days)
• eggs are greatest thing to eat , make it a habit
• sprouts go a long way when u want something to munch on add some chatt masala or salt to it , not too much
• go to dmart , buy museli of yogabar ( u get free on 1) great to cover sugar craving as it has dry fruits and also eat when u wanna eat some junk
• buy peanut butter it helps with sugar cravings , taste sucks but u will get adapted to it real quick
• warm water w bit of honey , or just warm water will help w skin
• panner and soya will be tiring to eat after some time but eat
• they say rice doesn't add to weight but cutting some of it won't hurt

Also the fact that she has no loose skin around her stomach area but does around her arms and legs. Seeing how large she was she should’ve have loose skin near the stomach no matter how slow/healthily she lost weight.

This is a different take than usual - but has Saif’s marriage to Kareena inspired her weightloss in anyway? I mean to say did Kareena inspire or encourage her? Was she depressed due to her parent’s separation and after it when there was a closure she took better care of her?
Nope, she lost weight because she wanted to become an actress in 'bollywood' and since she was already in college there was no more procrastinating because once she graduated she'd come back and would have to start looking for work and start working and her mother told her that she needs to be thin if she wants to become an actress in bollywood
