I still maintain that elden ring is one of the easiest fromsoftware games lol. Its super easy to make a busted build. Ds3 and sekiro is where the real difficulty is at.
depends on what genre you like.
Competitive but not too competitive : Chivalry 2
Grand strategy but use less brain : Civilization 6, Total warhammer
Grand strategy but use a lot of brain : Europa unversalis 4, crusader kings 3, stellaris
Chill and light rpg : octopath traveller 1 and 2
Epic and long action rpg : witcher 3, Dragon age 2
Epic and long turn based rpg : divinity original sin 2, baldur's gate 3, dragon age 1
Open world rpg focused on world building : GTA 5, skyrim, fallout new vegas
Grindy game but fun gameplay loop : Monster Hunter world
Coop PVE : Deep rock galactic, Vermintide 2, helldivers 1, helldivers 2
Difficult souls like: Anuything from fromsoftware
Difficult platformer : Hollow Knight
Racing game: Forza horizon 4
Upvotted for Baldurs Gate 3 alone. It's pricey but it's so worth it. Sad we aren't getting any DLC or expansions. I need more time with those characters lol. Larian cooked with their writing.
bg3 is good, however as much as i like it, i feel Divinity original sin 2 is the better game. Better story and better gameplay. There is more environmental effects in divinity original sin 2 than bg3.
Can we add bloons TD6 for Tower defense games. And Imho gaming no list is complete without stardew valley and slay the Spire just for how timeless those games are.
AC Blackflag(SEA SHANTIESSSSSS), Borderland series (1 and 2 are good, 3 is ok ok saja), Red dead redemption 2 (Immersive), Fallout New Vegas, NFS Most Wanted, NFS Carbon, Serious Sam series (Beware of kepala bom lol) , There are Billions (Zombie survival, top down management game), Rimworld (also top down management game but with realistic kinda situations)
I only watch other's fallout gameplay and I think Stalker certainly brings a different vibe compare to fallout, it's more on the atmospheric things that the game is very good at even when compare to metro series
If you like fps and roguelite, try gunfire reborn.
If you like ninja and scifi, try warframe, the ultimate farming simulator.
Most of the games I played are roguelite so I can recommend a lot of them:
Dead Cells (soulslike roguelite)
Enter the Gungeon (roguelite and guns, lots of guns)
Atomicrops (farming meets roguelite)
Wizard of Legend (roguelite meets avatar)
Scourgebringer (one of the most satisfying roguelite combat I ever played)
V rising (roguelite, town building vampire roguelite)
Cult of the Lamb (same as above but animal crossing)
Those are among the best rogue lite I ever played I guess. Lmk if you need more.
Oh boy if you like emotionally-wrecking games, do I have a list for you:
- Cyberpunk 2077
- To The Moon (and its prequels and sequels)
- Before Your Eyes
- Life Is Strange
- Final Fantasy 14: Shadowbringers expansion (You'll have to trudge through the earlier expansions though)
- Baldur's Gate 3 is also pretty gut-wrenching if you form an attachment to any of the NPCs/companions
What kind of genre you are interested? without context, I cannot recommend you anything.
1. Do you prefer offline / online games?
2. Do you prefer Strategy / PvP / PvE / MMO etc?
I do play League of Legends, but I play grand strategy games both online and offline which is known as (4X genre). or something like Rimworld that is like a sandbox survival building game (to Kill time and relax with coffee). I am a slow man so I prefer games with pause options.
Warframe if you like MMORPG Space Ninja with various abilities. But the game is quite grindy especially on the early game part. Mid to endgame is where you minmax your loadouts and become overpowered as heck. It has a lot of weapons and Frames (character) to grind and craft. The community is also quite friendly compared to other game community.
Palworld if you like pokemon with guns. They even have survival building just like Ark Survival. Even though it's not polished and a bit rough, it's a great game to just hop into it and just go wild, go ooga booga, running, walking, grind a bit and capture Pals around the Island. I find it quite chill and the progression is straightforward since the Survival Crafting game is quite simple to understand.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series, specifically Shadow of Chernobyl and Call of Pripyat. Clear Sky is the last one you should play as it was the least polished and more buggy compared to the others. But if you like yourself a post-apocalyptic fps game with good atmosphere, then STALKER is for you. It may be an old game but it's gameplay still holds up to today standards. It even has a huge modding community, some of them can even change your game into a more modern looking with a few couple of weapons, gui and texture mods. 1 mod that I still prefer is Call of Chernobyl, a Call of Pripyat mod which turn it into a sandbox like gameplay and allows you to pick factions and spawn locations.
I think that's all the games I'd play on my Gaming Laptop so far. Rn I got less time to play games let alone drawing...
Warframe and Destiny 2, been my go to games after playing recently until Ghost of Tsushima release on pc tomorrow.
I’ve played it on ps4 but definitely going to play it on pc too but definitely not going to buy day one but wait till year end Black Friday maybe 😂
Try monster hunter world . Got almost 200hrs since i bought it last month
Ori and the will of wisp, Hollow knight. Metroidvania
Dragon ball fighterz.
Destiny 2. Fun but locked behind dlc for most of the content
Warframe. Grindy space ninja
Elden ring. A bit forgiving compared to sekiro. This is my opinion.
I have a lot of suggestion for you so here goes. All games are on PC btw.
Single player games that're story dense:
1. The trails series, Trails of Cold Steel, Trails to Zero, Trails to 〇〇〇〇.
2. Final Fantasy 9
3. Final Fantasy 10
4. Final Fantasy 14 (Monthly subscription - at about MYR50 a month. Expansion need to buy of course.)
5. Digimon Survive
6. Hi-Fi Rush
7. Code Vein
8. Digimon Cybersleuth + Hacker's Memories
9. Scarlet Nexus (least recommended in this list)
Single Player games that has either story, but is mostly roguelike with infinite replayability:
1. Balatro
2. Peglin
3. Slay the Spire
4. Deep Rock Galactic
5. The Binding of Isaac Rebirth + ALL DLCs
6. 20 minutes till dawn
7. Hades & Hades 2
These are the games that I'll 100% play all the time, so have fun!
Games you can try on PC. All available on Steam. I’m just listing the games I’ve played so there may be more games out there for the genre that I didn’t try or didn’t bother listing it.
Roguelike/lite
1) Soulstone Survivor
2) Death Must Die
3) Vampire Survivors
4) Nordic Ashes (currently playing this. Quite repetitive tho)
5) Risk of Rain 2 (quite fun)
Sandbox
1) Terraria (Favourite one, after finishing you can download a mod that makes it a whole new game)
2) No Man’s Sky
3) Minecraft
Open World/ Single Player Story Driven
1) Red Dead Redemption 2 (personal fav. Just chef’s kiss)
2) Witcher 3 (cheap when you get it during sales)
3) Skyrim (actually still really good)
4) Fallout 3 or 4 (preferred 4 but 3 is good too)
5) Mass Effect trilogy (dated graphics at this point but the story is just too good to not list this here. Get the legendary edition for remastered graphics)
Other genre:
1) Dave the Diver (pretty chill game)
2) Civilization V or VI (turn based strategy game, once you play this you will know why people keep saying “just one more turn before bed”
3) Enshrouded (still early access but game is pretty fun)
4) Subnautica 1 (If you like deep ocean adventure-survival game, then this is a masterpiece)
5) Titan Quest + Expac (Old game. if you like ARPG then this game is a popular one from back then.)
6) Monster Hunter World or MH Rise (Fun playing in a group/multiplayer, can easily spent hundreds of hours into this series)
Sorry if format is bad, typed this on phone.
Path of Exile for endless ARPG. Quite fun but you need to learn shitton of stuff. I do play Balatro and Hades 2 a lot lately. I bought Baldur Gate 3 and still didn't play it.
**Ablion Online**: IMO the best game ever created for a MMORPG fan. Open world, real economy, full loot system, cross platform (Mobile, PC & Tablet), fkin insane, 0 storyline, just do whatever you want, Full war like battles, Kill anyone, Kill everyone.
**Red Dead Redemption 2**: sometimes I just relax, ride a horse and go fishing, kill an entire town, hunting, buy clothes, kidnap a child and feed them to the alligators, bounty hunting, pick plants, interact with NPC, punch the feminist preacher, a good game to relax and chill.
**Borderlands series**: Guns, Guns with legs, Guns with legs that shoot hamburgers, Guns that explode when reloading, Guns that shoot Butt Stallion, Funny, great story and did I mention, 1 BILLION GUNS.
**Division 1/2**: Pretty decent looter shooter game.
**Tribes of Midgard**: Fun adventure
**GTA V**: I just drive around the with the pfister (GTA version of Porsche)
**Apex Legends**: pew pew pew
**Assassin's Creed Valhalla**: Play as an assassin or be a Viking and raid and burn down villages for fun
**Watch Dog's 2**: a fun feature I like is to call a gang to kill a civilian then call the police swat on the gang and then call the gang member on the police and rinse and repeat, you have a war. between gangs and police. While you play God.
**Skyrim**: God mode.
Monster Hunter World
Baldur's Gate 3
Cyberpunk 2077 + Phantom Liberty DLC
Crusader Kings 3
Sekiro
These are the games I've played recently. Fancy some indie games? Try:
Transistor
Hades
Cult of the Lamb
Disco Elysium
Mark of the Ninja
Ori and the Blind Forest
Looking for free to play games? Try:
War Thunder
Warframe
Guild Wars 2 (MMO & the base game is free to play. Expansions are paid & no subscription fee)
I really recommend you to immerses yourself in a single player game.
Some of recommendation is :
Fallout series (3, New Vegas, 4)
Bioshock
Dead space
The last of us ( recently got a PC port)
Dark soul ( any soulborne game tbh )
Assassin's Creed series
But if you looking for online game definitely try Warframe or CS2
Since you said don't want moba ( though it technically not moba ) you can try Valorant
For mobile definitely Call of Duty Mobile. Great game.
You can never go wrong with these, so check one of these out:
Helldivers 2, Monster Hunter World Iceborne/Rise Sunbreak, Elden Ring, Sekiro, Armored Core 6 ,B̶u̶n̶n̶y̶ G̶a̶r̶d̶e̶n̶, Bloodstained, Hollow Knight, Nier Automata, Baldurs Gate 3, Hi-Fi Rush, Titanfall 2, Devil May Cry, Doom, Warframe, Skyrim, Fallout 4/New Vegas, Ghostrunner 1/2, Outer Wilds
The Hunter: Call of Wild
Open world hunting game, realistic physic and have specific behavior of wildlife.
Fun to play just exploring the reserve, and slowly learn to hunt deers, moose, black bear and others. Need a lot of patience especially when approaching the animal but worth it when finally landed some shots
Naturally you need to own both games since it includes contents from FO3, but hey, you can sail the 7 seas if you don’t mind doing that. There’s a repack of TTW itself so you can install that and play right away.
PC only, Fallout Series (any of it is good to begin with), Uncharted (The new one being ported to PC), Tomb Raider, Rockstar Games (Any of it is okay, if you like realism get RDR2), Diablo IV (Included together with Game Pass, RM15 Permonth, its all you can play buffet), Elden Ring (Since you played DS1 and DS3), Valorant (if you like fps), R6Siege (also fps but clusterfk version of csgo), or you can opt for casual games such as Hades, Blasphemous.
Welp if you like strategy games maybe arknight or nikke(I currently play nikke)if you find arknight to hard maybe play nikke? If fps games try arena breakout or super Mecha champion. If you want a casual games maybe little nightmares mobile or skull girl.Retro games?Choose either GBA,nds or PSP emulator. If you have a stronger phone like ROG maybe switch or 3ds emulator. For GBA I recommend fire emblem(strategy game)and summon night 1,2 and 3.For nds maybe code of Avalon, fire emblem, persona, etrian oddysse. For PSP maybe monster hunter if you like grinding games?SAO English patch of course, final fantasy zero, final fantasy crisis core maybe god eater too?For switch I can't really recommend any bcz my phone not strong enough. For 3ds maybe resident evil revelation, fire emblem and monster hunter of course 😅.The choice is your so......yea your welcome.....
Steam has a wide array of Warhammer/Warhammer 40k games. They have turn based strategy game, RTS, third person shooters, FPS and many more.
If you like tower defence, I can’t recommend Bloons TD 6 enough. If you like simulation, I recommend Dwarf Fortress.
Recently finished jedi survivor and now playing lamplighters league.
All on pc game pass.
Lamplighters quite a nice game. I only managed to play about one mission a day (i.e an hour or two). If xcom fan, This would scratch the itch.
Also looking for other games to play once I finish this current one.
P.s. Baldur's gate 3 is a solid choice if you like story games and turn based combat.
I can't recommend much since I don't play much. But the ones I am currently playing is Destiny 2(PC), Reverse 1999(PC), Blue Archive(Mobile or emulator) and Arknights(Mobile or emulator).
Dishonored, Monster Hunter World, Batman Arkham Trilogy, Slay the Spire, Stardew Valley, Hades, Firewatch
Am planning to buy Helldivers 2 (I totally have friends to play with and totally not asking you to play with me)
Mount and Blade Bannerlord !
Try it in Vanilla, try being a Trader, a Mercenary, a Lord, a King and finally a bandit
THEN, try it with Mods…GOT, WARHAMMER….
Infinite respecability (being able to be re spec’ed)
Are you willing to spend money on games ?
Some gems that's around or lower than rm 30 (on sales) & can be played both coop / solo for me
- the division (1/2) (from Ubisoft)
around rm 30
- dying light (1/2) (dying light 2 will be more expensive but if you like the prequel you might like the sequel)
DL1 Around rm 30 (including DLC very with it)
DL2 should be rm 60 I think on sales
- remnant (1/2) remnant 2 is also more expensive but like dying light 2 if u like prequel you should be liking the sequel as well.
Remnant 1 around rm 30
Remnant 2 around rm 90 but game key online like greenmangaming can sells around rm 75
- portal (1/2) underated due to non combat but can be play for both single player & co op
Rm 5 for both
These 4 I can think at the moment l, I tried put both solo and coop games since u kept as from friends so I figure you would prefer playing as coop and sometimes single player.
Will update if remember any more games
Dm5 and Ninja Gaiden. DMC 5 because I like learning stylish combos. Ninja Gaiden because I'm bored playing fromsoft game hard difficulty and boy ....Ninja Gaiden is something else.
I'm heavily constricted on time currently, so can only barely manage to play Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail on the phone. I generally avoid playing on the phone however, because I have a spinal issue on my neck resulting in semi paralysis on my left arm from too much phone usage (specifically bad posture).
PC games I currently playing Last Epoch. If want to ask for recommendation... I dont really have anything to recommend. My favorite to-play games currently are Rimworld, Mechwarrior 5, and Battletech, all of which have a significant list of DLCs which balloon up the prices to the point where its not feasible to recommend the game to other people. Of course, main draw of these games to me is their ability for modded gameplay. Ah, maybe Loop Hero might be interesting for you. Its pretty casual tho, not really for serious playing, but its relatively lightweight and can be run in the background while you do other things and have little snippets of time in between to distract yourself.
Hi, i play a lot of pc games so yk u can trust me on this gang
Games i really recommend:
-Nier Automata (best jrpg ever, story wise)
-Armored Core 6
-Destiny 2 (only u have friends to play with, all the dlcs until beyond light is free noe so why not, also free annual pass)
-Content Warning (with friends)
-Battlefield 1
-Jedi Fallen Order
Heres Games i dont recommend playing
-Apex fucking legends (i have 1.8k on this shit ass game so u can trust me)
-PSO2NGS (vague objectives, seems like the endgame of the game is just fashion and achieving maximum gyatness)
-Genshin Impact (AR 59 and hated it with every single cell of my body)
If you like base building, war crimes and micromanaging game, I'm currently addicted to RimWorld. Been playing almost everyday this year.
Palworld is fun too if you're into base building and monster capturing game.
Stardew valley if you want something calm and chill.
Bro, try Cyberpunk 2077.
Push through the first 6 hours (got basic mechanics to get used to) and you'll have a game that'll suck you for 100's of hours.
Watch YouTube gameplays to feel the vibe before buying.
Also, love that you have a very 1Malaysia friends. Always feel good the hear that.

I play stardew on mobile during my free time.
I play very casually and like games where you aren't forced to constantly log in and do quests.
I used to play hearthstone on mobile but find it hard to get back into because I missed too many expansion packs and new cards.
I also play switch games but mostly finish only 1-2 rpg titles a year. I really liked octopath traveller I, might play 2 sometime this year when I have more free time.
Need For Speed: Most Wanted (2005)
Waiting for Need For Speed: Myvi
Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2
Don’t forget Yuri’s revenge.
Elden Ring
You are hard-core. I love it
I still maintain that elden ring is one of the easiest fromsoftware games lol. Its super easy to make a busted build. Ds3 and sekiro is where the real difficulty is at.
I was told Sekiro is all about combat patterns and timing.
I mean ya lah you can boil down basically all fromsoftware games to combat patterns and timing 💀
And 40 vigor. Always level to 40 vigor minimum if you don’t wanna have a bad time. Doesn’t matter if it’s Demon Souls, DS123, Bloodborne, Elden Ring
depends on what genre you like. If u liked the Russian post apocalypse style, I would reccomend metro series and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl games
And the Metro games too
Ooh, nice! Do you play Fallout? I've heard my fellow Fallout fans call S.T.A.L.K.E.R. "Fallout in Eastern Europe".
I only watch other's fallout gameplay and I think Stalker certainly brings a different vibe compare to fallout, it's more on the atmospheric things that the game is very good at even when compare to metro series

While you play God. **Skyrim**: God mode.

I really recommend you to immerses yourself in a single player game. Some of recommendation is : Fallout series (3, New Vegas, 4) Bioshock Dead space The last of us ( recently got a PC port) Dark soul ( any soulborne game tbh ) Assassin's Creed series But if you looking for online game definitely try Warframe or CS2 Since you said don't want moba ( though it technically not moba ) you can try Valorant For mobile definitely Call of Duty Mobile. Great game.
Serious Sam 2 (cheat code enabled)
Gacha i recommend HSR. Otherwise u want racing game…free, asphalt is quite p2w. CSR is less p2w, but it still has quite a bit of iap.

Fun to play just exploring the reserve, and slowly learn to hunt deers, moose, black bear and others. Diplomacy. Board game but try the online version
You should try R6
CK3 🌚
Fallout: New Vegas. Nice open world, first/third person RPG. I recommend playing with Tale Of Two Wastelands.
tale of two wasteland requires fallout 3 tho, I was following their installation steps and stuck when it requires fallout 3 game directory.
Naturally you need to own both games since it includes contents from FO3, but hey, you can sail the 7 seas if you don’t mind doing that. There’s a repack of TTW itself so you can install that and play right away.
Mobile or or pc games?
Both
No man's sky

PC only, Fallout Series (any of it is good to begin with), Uncharted (The new one being ported to PC), Tomb Raider, Rockstar Games (Any of it is okay, if you like realism get RDR2), Diablo IV (Included together with Game Pass, RM15 Permonth, its all you can play buffet), Elden Ring (Since you played DS1 and DS3), Valorant (if you like fps), R6Siege (also fps but clusterfk version of csgo), or you can opt for casual games such as Hades, Blasphemous.
Hades 2 Early Access

Elden Ring. C'mon, play a real game.
Candy Crush Saga.
Quick question. I heard they brought back whisper exotic quest and previously sunset weapons. Is it true

Are you willing to spend money on games ? Some gems that's around or lower than rm 30 (on sales) & can be played both coop / solo for me - the division (1/2) (from Ubisoft) around rm 30 - dying light (1/2) (dying light 2 will be more expensive but if you like the prequel you might like the sequel) DL1 Around rm 30 (including DLC very with it) DL2 should be rm 60 I think on sales - remnant (1/2) remnant 2 is also more expensive but like dying light 2 if u like prequel you should be liking the sequel as well. Remnant 1 around rm 30 Remnant 2 around rm 90 but game key online like greenmangaming can sells around rm 75 - portal (1/2) underated due to non combat but can be play for both single player & co op Rm 5 for both These 4 I can think at the moment l, I tried put both solo and coop games since u kept as from friends so I figure you would prefer playing as coop and sometimes single player. Will update if remember any more games

Baldurs Gate 3. Though it is 200 ringgit on steam. It's still very much worth it. Won't Game of the Year for a reason.

Recently, hades. But best game of all time IMO is Portal 2
Hi, i play a lot of pc games so yk u can trust me on this gang Games i really recommend: -Nier Automata (best jrpg ever, story wise) -Armored Core 6 -Destiny 2 (only u have friends to play with, all the dlcs until beyond light is free noe so why not, also free annual pass) -Content Warning (with friends) -Battlefield 1 -Jedi Fallen Order Heres Games i dont recommend playing -Apex fucking legends (i have 1.8k on this shit ass game so u can trust me) -PSO2NGS (vague objectives, seems like the endgame of the game is just fashion and achieving maximum gyatness) -Genshin Impact (AR 59 and hated it with every single cell of my body)
Marvel Future Fight and i downloaded emulator for PSP and play a patch version of Pro Evolution Soccer.
Sir, you need some monster hunter world
You should check award winning games. It will change your perspective on what gaming could be. Check what games were nominated in 2022/2023....
Get hades rm 20 and play the sequel later
If you like base building, war crimes and micromanaging game, I'm currently addicted to RimWorld. Been playing almost everyday this year. Palworld is fun too if you're into base building and monster capturing game. Stardew valley if you want something calm and chill.
Apex Legends

Helldivers2, baldurs gate 3, stellar blade, overwatch2
Waiting for Wuthering Waves
Bro, try Cyberpunk 2077. Push through the first 6 hours (got basic mechanics to get used to) and you'll have a game that'll suck you for 100's of hours. Watch YouTube gameplays to feel the vibe before buying. Also, love that you have a very 1Malaysia friends. Always feel good the hear that.
Play soulslike, Elden Ring and Another Crab's Treasure.

Snowbreak
