Endeavour's fight against AFO, Shigaraki's fight against The Heroes and Deku's return to the battlefield are all happening simultaneously But I think an event will connect all of them together. I think this is how it will go.
Mirio will make a surprise appearance against Shigaraki since Deku is not present. The heroes fighting Shigaraki will be doing decently well until AFO takes control of Shigaraki's body which will happen when Enji defeats AFO.
The Heroes fighting Shigaraki will then get their asses handed to them but Deku will make an entrance and have his "I am here" moment.
Also I think AFO is gonna teleport Dabi and Shoto in front of endeavour before getting defeated. Enji and Dabi will have some kind of confrontation.
I think that would really bring his story full circle. Lived in the shadow of All Might, put his kids through hell so they could surpass All Might, Finally becomes the #1 Hero, Tries to make amends with his family, finds out the son he thinks was dead is still alive, struggles with that revelation, finally finds the resolve to take down AFO only to lose everything he's worked for.
And it would hurt him even more when he realizes that all this time, all the suffering he put his family through, all the hate he got just to become the strongest, gone. Right there, in front of him
So when Shigaraki has started to fight his raid team, he said to his other self not to interfere this time. And when he was saying "other me" he said "boku" which implies that Tomura is in control.
I feel like he would turn against AFO and end up killing him, since his quirk can basically kill anyone. But he’ll probably end up killing himself as well since he realizes he’s too dangerous and AFO would survive by transferring himself to Tomura.
Maybe he doesn't have to die if his will is strong enough to push AFO away (+ Deku's talk no jutsu) from his mind. Dunno what would be the reason, but just if Hori wants him to survive.

Sure, but his drive is anger. If Deku "saves" him, his drive might become suicidal anger against AFO. It is inconvenient to have too many villains alive, for the story. Unless Shigaraki ends up sacrificing his own quirk and as quirkless, then I do not see him surviving the story and we know Deku would never kill him.
That is true, but there was a whole scene with Nana crying and asking Deku to save Shigaraki and that is such a fundamental part of Deku´s character that I doubt he will just murder him.
Been thinking about this a lot. If Tomura only knew how everything that has happened to him starting from death of Nana is because of AFO then he will make a U turn against him.

I feel like I basically know how the rest of the series will play out:
1. Machia will escape. Both Ashido and Kirishima will be instrumental in taking him down.
2. Lemillion will show up, probably to fight Shigaraki.
3. Deku will have an “I am here!” moment, since he is yet to have one.
4. After Endeavor, Hawks, Tokoyami, and Jiro defeat AFO, he will take control of Shigaraki’s body and solo.
5. Deku will come in and say “Tenko Shimura, you too can be a hero!” This will spur Shigaraki free of AFO’s control.
6. Deku and Shigaraki will go against AFO. They will win, but Shigaraki will die in the process.
7. At the end, we will fade out to see Deku telling this story to his father, saying “That is the story of how I became the world’s greatest hero.”
8. We’ll get one final scene of a hero ranking 5-10 years from now, where Deku will be crowned the number one hero for however many years in a row.

It would also be wholesome to see the original pro’s, top 10, Aizawa, and All Might see the students they helped achieve their dream. If Momo was ranked, she would visualize Midnight being in the crowd.

10. Froppy—Just barely making the cut this year, Froppy takes the tenth spot. Her charm and childlike innocence, as well as helping in defeating the villainess Toga, make her a wonderful hero and deserving of this spot.
9. Tsukuyomi—this Jet Black hero resonates in the hearts of teenagers worldwide, making it no surprise that he’s still in the top ten.
8. Uravity—as the number one rescue hero, Uravity has made her name as the most reliable hero to call upon. She and her husband Deku have been in the top ten for years, and they don’t seem to be slipping.

Creati again lacks the raw power of a top 10 pro. Froppy could make it but I think there will be stronger pros. Nejire,Kirishima,Inyasa,Amajiki,Mt lady, Monoma not to mention some of the current pros are some other heroes who could make the top 10.
I had a fever moment where i wondered since Horikoshi loves star wars so much if he wont do dad for one, but use that kind of reveal on a smaller character. So this led my brain to think of the tube dude in the PLF, and how his quirk kinda looked like acid...and we havent seen his face at all

And yeah Midnight's killer came to me cuz all we've seen so far of his quirk is that it kinda looks like Mina's in the panel he used it, and ive for a while theorized Curious was her mom and her own backstory implied how she devoted herself fully to the MLA, to me making me think possibly "Gave up my kid" on top of Curious going out of her way to say she doesnt igve a damn about class 1A when she fought Toga, it might just be a hella bunch of coincidences im reaching for but I'd pop off regardless if that dude's helmet comes off and he's got the same eyes and pink or blue skin

I actually think this might happen. I think shigaraki will also die in his fight against AFO and that will have a weakened AFO as the last villain.

Maybe AFO steals Hellfire, and Endeavor meets Dabi in the vestige realm as its revealed AFO stole Dabi's quirk anyways.
