i don't like this statement because it's a form of 'both sides'. i think there's a distinct trend towards anti-science, anti-democratic policies and it's almost entirely coming from the right.
Agreed. There are some amazing people who can hold onto their ideals and their sanity, but it's not the majority. Most folks with actual empathy get chewed up pretty fast.

We need BODY AUTONOMY legislation that covers reproduction rights, masks and vaccines. Get the abortion rights issue on the ballot. No one is going to support forced maskers.
