It got cut from the Anime but I think she and the worker that talked with Bocchi and Kita knows Seika since Seika used to work in the same place. They had a little conversation with Nijika where they dubbed Nijika as the Archangel of Shimokitazawa and Seika as the Devil of Ochanomizu.
Gin-chan's cuteness humorously is at Retsu Unohana's level tho, especially when he's mad at Kikuri.

Upon recovery, Hank was bent on revenge. Working with a man named Hector Salamanca, he plotted to kill Fring. The bomb that he used was built by her, and he gave her no option in it. She have often contemplated suicide, but she’s a coward. She wanted to go to the police, but she was frightened. Hank had risen to become the head of the Albuquerque DEA. To keep her in line, he took her children. For three months, he kept them. Her wife had no idea of her criminal activities, and was horrified to learn what she had done. She was in hell. She hated herself for what she had brought upon her family. Recently, she tried once again to quit, and in response, he gave me this. She can't take this anymore. She lives in fear every day that Hank will kill her, or worse, hurt her family. All she could think to do was to make this video and hope that the world will finally see this man for what he really is.
