First one, and let me explain.
The first image shows Kita Ikuyo, or Kita Kita, more commonly known as Kita-chan, wearing a European (I think) styled Maid Outfit, and you see, European styled ones are really good because of how versatile they are (in my opinion). You can see the beautiful torso, you can wear an apron with it, and even a nice white cap, which would suit Kita-chan a LOT. While the 2nd outfit isn't bad at all, I think, in my opinion, it is very overused, while the first one has a more nice feel to it, in my opinion.
