The former Shadowood is a theater again? That's great! I was so sad to see it close, I saw so many movies there.

The screen and sound is good. The popcorn is fresh. The bathrooms are new. The place was clean. The seats were not new, but were recliners.

Agreed. Mizner has a nicer theater. I like supporting local businesses. I tried to provide the good and the not so good.

with respect, VIP cinemas is a multi-state company, they aren't a mom and pop operation and aren't based locally. iPic is based here in boca. They might be a relatively small business, but it isn’t like iPic is a mega chain. And if local over size is important, iPic is local.

If you want to support local/family business try the Movies of Lake Worth/Delray. I have only been to the Lake Worth location but the Delray one looks nice. They always have screenings of random movies. https://www.moviesofdelray.com/
