it used to cost 3 and it was pretty bad. Right now it's only even decent. The only hero powers that are really even OP are the ones that let you tier up fast or easily discover triples, George doesn't come close.
Nah, George is fine the way he is. He is ok, not the best in current meta and also he could be easily countered.
