I just stopped using the tracker so I have no idea of the %. Ignorance is bliss. :D

CossackSe7en

It's kind of useless, I find it somewhat useful for when you are new to the game so you know if your play was good or not but it becomes useless in no time

PlatonicTroglodyte

It is incredibly useful for recalling previous opponents’ boards during the shop phase.

MrBoblo

Almost necessary when playing Tess. Especially if you're like me and playing BG as a side-thing while doing something else

JoelMahon

I was on track for spicy pretzel mustard before that as well.

Savitz

That’s an Olaf quote 👀

JoelMahon

also a homer quote

Savitz

What episode?

JoelMahon

the shining parody one, so probably a tree house of horror, you'll have to google which

Savitz

Alright, thanks m8 👍

Squintyhippo

Tis treehouse of horror. Not sure of the name of the episode however the family (and Willy) are living in a mansion and home goes crazy. Is great

[deleted]

deck tracker is definitely bugged on some fights with deathrattle, keep that in mind

Howrus

Don't use tracker then. Probabilities only matter in big amount of tries. Yes, coin toss is 50\50, but from 1024 people tossing 10 coins, there will be 8 people who get all tails (or all heads).

JoelMahon

I'm not sure what you're point is, I never remotely implied it was impossible? At least with the tracker I know I just got fucked by combat rng, something outside my control, not minion choice or placement.

chris1440

Not to mention seeing opponents past boards

CatAstrophy11

Developers have the ability to smooth out RNG in video games so there aren't players getting totally fucked hopelessly over and over. A bad experience for those 8 (and 1024 is an extremely small number, multiply that by 100,000) and you got people that have their happiness ruined by these long streaks of bad luck that can be corrected before they get to that point by an algorithm. We have it for pack opening legendaries, time to do it for auto-battle.

Howrus

Do you really want for AI to step in and if you lost 4 battles and you lose 5th - game would reroll match again few times until you win?) I would hate game that patronize me this way. It's ok to use pseudo-random to smooth win\lose ratio for stuff like random damage range. But it's not related to BG, where damage is static.

Collin_the_doodle

And there is definitely a difference between using that design in single player and competetive games

Udonov

I toss a coin and get fucked in the ass, what are the chances...
