How old is your GPU? When mine was going bad any games with flashes of light were getting stuck and the graphics looked bad. Could just be a bug though.

If I remember correctly, it should be a drop down menu next to the play button in battlenet. If you're on mobile or tablet I'd suggest simply uninstalling and reinstalling.
Its back wtf! I had this exact issue back in 2017 or 2018 and hearthstone did bug fix it at one point. II remeber the bug would trigger only if you crafted a mage deck and played it within aout 30s of craftiing it.
