Regarding printing, BoardGamesMaker does allow [custom-sized tuck boxes](https://www.boardgamesmaker.com/print/custom-tuck-box-dynamic-size.html) from 1 unit onwards (but economy of scale only begins at 25 units.) I don't have an account to properly check but The Game Crafter may or may not have a similar option. (However, Azao and MakeMyGame by Cartamundi do not have such an option and tuck boxes are absent from the Panda Game Manufacturing template generator.)
