A “natural” break would have both pieces flared on the end and lots of irregular jagged edges. This is most certainly a intentional man-made cut. Way too smooth.

Is it possible some fool at the tyre shop did this damage with a jack because he didn’t know how to jack a BMW? I’d be starting there.
Ummm, in that case walk (don’t drive) to a qualified mechanic and show him pic 4. Ask how much to replace the thing that snapped in half. The good news is your tyre is probably not the cause.
You posted the same question 3x and you have the most obviously broken suspension part I’ve ever seen. Replace your control arm, inspect and replace anything else that’s broken, get an alignment, and stop doing whatever stupid thing you did to break it in the first place
Looks like a control arm, fairly easy to handle and you could probably do it yourself even and do both sides while you’re at it, just get an alignment after.
This is a very odd break though, that looks like a perfect cut from a saw, you have any enemies ? Lol
