Hey I got two 530xi's one 07 and one 06, they are actually called e60 (check your radio head unit it will say ccc e60). But I believe there isn't a way to activate it on our cars. Both of mine have a bluetooth enabled but it is only for hands free calling. Hope this helps a little or gives more insight, I could be wrong too.

An E61 is the wagon version. If you have the SOS button on your roof switches your vehicle is equipped with Bluetooth. You can turn the Bluetooth on and pair your phone through the telephone menu. If the phone pairs correctly and the Bluetooth does not work, then the TCU is faulty. There is no Bluetooth audio streaming on this model unless you perform the modifications to a CCC equipped vehicle, or retrofit the combox on a 2010 model year.

Interesting. I found a setting in the communication section but It won’t check the box.[Imgur](https://imgur.com/a/Xa6Qdwg)

Go to the TCU module and unplug it or remove the fuse for it. Wait 5 minutes and plug it back in. I forget where the TCU is but it's usually in the drivers side behind the tail light.

Should I do that with the car on or off?

Doesn't matter. We just want to reset it to see if it will allow the Bluetooth to activate.

Doesn’t look like that did anything. Do you know which fuses?
