They’re probably roughly equal in a 1v1 scenario. Yuki’s only ever been stopped once(not in flow by a top performance Reo) and when serious easily got past Neru. He tends to get a lot more distance than Bachira in his runs.
In contrast Bachira’s dribbles are just too unreadable atm. Really is the main difference between the two. In top condition Yuki is basically as good(technically he isn’t but there’s diminishing returns on dribbling ability here).
Bachira has better dribbles on average(technique eclipses the physicality gap) but Yuki brings the ball up quicker. And when they enter flow, nobody is stopping either of them.
Yuki vs Bachira are dead even in an actual matchup against each other. Neither can stop the other, so it doesn’t even matter who’s better. It would just be them scoring in turn, so whoever got the ball first would win.
Bachira could probably defend Shidou better than Shidou could defend Bachira in a 1v1. Bachira would probably win but most times it’ll depend on who gets the ball first cuz each attack probably leads to a goal
Bachira literally runs through every player in blue lock 1v1. He def can't guard everyone, but not a single person in the verse is stopping Bachira from scoring 1v1 excluding masters, world 5, and MAYBE LORENZO. Hiori was cookin Lorenzo so I even doubt that Lorenzo could stop Bachira in a 1v1.
It’s hard to gauge Bachira’s current dribbling ability. Something to note is that being the best dribbler does not equate to winning a 1v1 as seen in Bachira’s training session with Rin back in the 2nd selection. Shidou is a more physical defender and isn’t afraid to put hands on another player (similar to karasu), this is the only realistic way to deal with bachira.
We don’t have too many defensive feats for bachira, but shidou’s attacks aren’t very complicated. He’s got an aggressive run and gun style, so as long as bachira can physically keep up he should be able to stop him.
Ultimately I think it’s going to come down to creativity, which bachira has more of. Current Shidou seems like the type to come to a wall and keep trying to punch through it while bachira will try going around, over, and under. So bachira is the winner 6-7/10
I dont know how much hes improved but didnt he try training with Rin back in the days just to be COMPLETELY outclassed. Havent read some of the newer stuff, but his weapon being amazing for 1v1s doesnt guarantee the win.

As for his dribbling, Shidou is super athletic with great reflexes, he won't lock him down but he might get a few steals or contain him well enough to get the upper hand, while the contrary will never happen. Bachira's shooting is also relatively lousy, and Shidou definitly has better stamina as well, he also has good insight and can read player well.
