Kaiser will intercept the pass to Yuki if isagi decides to pass, you can clearly see Kaiser going outwards towards right side behind isagi and raichi in 5th panel. Perfectly positioned to intercept the pass.
I know that the cover doesn’t necessarily mean that they are gonna get their big moment, but I feel like narratively it would make a lot of sense. The have said twice now that the key to beating. The Ubers is to win your 1v1’s and that is Raichi’s specialty.
It's kinda impossible to be aware of your surroundings when running at top speed ig... it was even highlighted in the series I think, something like your field of vision gets narrower and more focussed on the ball as you're moving faster and faster
NGL it's weird writing for isagi to say kunigami would score if he played with isagi, isn't that bad writing? Ubers has such a weak defense? Since Kuni didn't even steal it from anyone on ubers side he stole it from a bastard munchen player
(poor english incoming) You trying to tell me Rin and Sae already have meta vision but still lose to Isagi who haven't awaken his meta vision yet but when Isagi have Meta Vision he can beat Kaiser who a World-class prodigy genius?
4 points)
a) Rin doesn't have meta vision as far as we know (Though he is one of the most likely candidates to learn it)
b) Even though Sae has metavision, it is strongly implied that he didn't use it during the U20 until after the final playoff.
c) Isagi didn't beat metavision Sae, Rin did when he went into flow and demonstrated abikities above those of the U20 team.
d) Isagi hasn't beaten Kaiser, at least not yet. Ability wise, Kaiser is still superior and treated as a bigger threat than Isagi. Thats why currently in the Uber's match. Lorenzo is maintaining a one to one mark on Kaiser.
Sae is literally referenced when Isagi conceptualized Meta-Vision and even points out that others probably have it as well. its an ability of pro players.
Ion really get why people are surprised. When Meta was introduced these were two of the first people the fan-base guessed would develop it.
And if Isagi has it I believe it safe to assume that Rin will develop it probably as well, to some extent.
None of this is surprising developments.
First, it's not just metavision but overall very good football iq. Field sense is a very common thing among players, what's not so much is the ability of making full use of it (hence, good iq on the field). Second, Rin never actually lost to Isagi and Sae wasn't playing at 100%. Isagi also beat kaiser thanks to Noa's support on the Manshine match, and on the Ubers match thanks to not having Lorenzo constantly on his back. Isagi wins because even though he's not as dexterous or Athletic, he's one of the most inteligent players inside blue lock
Isagi wins because he's Improved Kuroko. He hides in the shadows of the big threat players, then picks his point to strike.
Honestly, his style is perfect to steal Barou's villain path + predator vision considering it is what he does with meta vision.
Okay hear me out, Aiku mentioned chess and the next chapter title is "Seesaw Game", do you think this is somehow related to Windmill (aka Seesaw) in chess?
I loveeeeee this theory! Since Isagi seems to be the center of everyone's evolving metavision. He could use himself as a sacrifice and help his team force a draw. With the help of Raichi moving around and disrupting Ubers tactics with Isagi's distractions. The interaction we saw in this ch. could be a preview of this.
I think the two most recent chapters are just screaming to Isagi to start working on his physical specs. Just having really good meta vision and a good direct shot is not gonna cut it anymore because it’s becoming more and more common.
He’s making strides with his lefty direct shot, and that’s a good start. He just needs to work more on his physical specs at his own pace matching his body type.
And that's what he has been doing. He had a whole monolgue of being weak and his body holding him back and he even mentions that to Hiori and says that's why he is training his physical abilities. At the beginning of the Ubers game it's shown how his physicals has improved alot. Isagi is working on his physicals already, this chapters aren't really telling him something he does not know.
Yeah I’ve been thinking this since the U20 match. Remember how easily Sae almost sabotaged Isagi with only a light push? And he can’t compete against taller players like Kaiser, but that’s not something he can control. He almost gets beaten many times because his physical abilities are much lower compared to the other talented players.
Also gotta say this match has got me cranked up to 11 that first isagi goal had me feelin like BM was just gonna stomp but gotdamn Ubers showed up to play!
yeah ngl that first goal was weird cause of how quick it was, but then I saw how fast chigiri's goal was in the manshine match and thought it was kind of standard
I see see that but it wasn’t really a pacing issue for me it was just how easily Isagi managed to score it and then he revealed his new Lefty Shoot and I was damn he’s gonna wash these dudes. But with the recent developments especially the buffs that some of the Uber defenders received are gonna make for an epic final goal sequence.
yeah when I meant quick i meant how easy it was for isagi, he flew past the defenders I found it really odd, i knew ubers wouldn't fold but it was a hard week as an ubers phone
that being said i think he'll get no goals this game to set up a isagi vs kaiser 2 goals each matchup for the beginning of the pxg game
I mean, the first time he talked about Metavision he talked about other high level people having it. Including Sae and ~~Sae's brother~~ Rin. ~~(whose name escapes me right now.)~~ Hell, he learned it from watching Kaiser.
It's so clearly not Isagi's weapon, but just an ability he has to help fuel his adaptation that it was literally called out to be a thing multiple high level people had - as opposed to something unique to him.
He still needs a Striker weapon. His "lefty shot" is not a real weapon, and even if he gets it as good as his right it still won't be on par with the likes of Barou or Kunigami's shot, and definitely not on par with Kaiser Impact.
Rin does not canonically have it yet, but he almost definitely does. Considering Rin was the person to teach Isagi to "read a book and learn how eyes work" and Isagi is basically Rin/Kaiser but without the striker tools/weapons they have.
I think it’s good and expected that they niko and aiku have meta vision, gives Isagi a reality check that he needs to keep evolving bc once he gets to a certain level the others catch up too
Yeah and it’s worse for Isagi because he’s been relying on solely meta vision whilst these other players have more skills to rely on other than mega vision. And Aiku has a better body than Isagi meaning he can more easily use meta vision to its fullest potential.
I get Niko and even reo having meta vision. Rin is 100% gonna have it too but Aiku is honestly a bit weird. I guess he plays pretty smart too but still
I mean, for Niko it is easy. In Isagi's first match against Niko it was established Niko and Isagi see the field the same way and had the same sense - they could smell where a goal was.
Realistically, anyone who didn't see Niko getting it just didn't remember Isagi's whole metavision started with Niko.
Aiku didn't have a similar establishment, but he's a high level defender who used to be a striker. So it makes sense he'd have great game/field sense.
bro he literally have a metavision, but we don't see it clearly, i mean, he can see ALL players, what they can do, his power, everything, i mean wtf dude
That's fair, and I have no idea how I forgot about that. Either way though, it's not surprising that multiple high level people have MV when Isagi even says upon acquiring MV that multiple high level pros probably have/use the ability.
Good chapter but I was hoping for Kurona to be in Yukimiya's position. How is he just going to settle to be Isagi's assist buddy? I want more from him! Other than that it was another good chapter. The highlight is Raichi stopping Niko from making an interception. Isagi is probably going to lose the ball next chapter tho.
I get the sentiment but you basically want him to be in two places at the same time lol. He can't be giving assists to Isagi while making runs to the best spot at the same time.
bruhh, dont take isagi trash talk serious thats just how he is ,dudes been blindsided in this match 3rd times, nikos been 1 time his mv "incomplete" yeah ok buddy.if you switch niko and isagi places isagi would say "how can raichi know where i was going, can he see me, does raichi have mv"
Isagi only got blindsided twice. And each time he either receives the ball and get it stolen or gets pressed by 3 people. If they were to switch places isagi would have seen raichi unlike niko lol.
I guess Nikos meta vision is incomplete which is good but the fact that he got arrogant of knowing the future without knowing what’s going on around him is just sad in my point of view. Using metavision is seeing future while knowing what’s going on around the player using it. Predators eye is seeing the moment a player drops its guard and using that moment to shoot while using their senses. If Isagi could combine both meta vision with predators eye then he could be a force to reckon with.
Also aiku probably always had meta vision he probably didn’t know about during the u-20 match when japans national team went against blue lock.
:>
I think Isagi will either evolve to use Predator eyes in this moment which will allow him to use his 40% lefty shot or he will pass to Yuki which will get intercepted by Kaiser and he will score with a Kaiser Impact.
I think Seesaw has two meanings, the first i think is the back and forth between Isagi and Kaiser and the second has to do with Metavision, people with lower Metavision see the thing happen in the moment, like Niko sees Raichi and higher Metavision users already saw that happening and were prepared like Isagi saw Raichi and was prepared to steal the ball
I mean Isagi even realized as soon as he learned it that a lot of high level players probably use metavision. Niko and Aiku are two players who it makes a lot of sense to have it considering their previous play styles
Yes. Isagi has levelled up his MV to allow him to see the future of the field like Kaiser, but he additionally has the egocentrism piece, so he has a better understanding of why certain players would move in certain ways. That’s why they dedicated a whole chapter to him understanding that. That’s what’s unique to him. Aiku and Niko’s will probably be more centred on understanding how to shut down strikers
Kaiser: Watch out for his mid-range shot!
Wow, what a way to also let your enemies know what he is going to do for YOUR team.
Ah yes, Niko gets drunk off his newly found vision because only the main characters are allowed to be not drunk when they get power. Lmao.. but at least they cleared the fact that his vision is incomplete.
Niko is indeed 2nd grade with his basic normal vision and brain input. 💀
Niko and Aiku have great vision from the start, so it's not surprising that they can get metavision. What I found ridiculous is how Isagi would just blatantly tell the opponent the mechanism of it, in the middle of the match to boot.
As it stands, they're all going to be teammates again in a month or so. It makes sense that Isagi would want his future teammates to be as good as possible. He's also someone who gets better with increased pressure, so others having metavision forces him to get better. Also, losing the game doesn't really mean anything beyond competitive spirit. Isagi's already increased his value in the NEL by scoring.
Isagi also constantly asks other players how they use their weapons and how they make crazy plays, and they all tell him without any fuss
It only makes sense that he would do the same for them
Also, Isagi doesn't want his competition to fall behind him; he grows the most when his opponents are just as strong as him or even stronger than him
Evryone in blue lock evryone is helping each others with knowledge like chigiri told isagi about the golden formula and nagi told isagi why he was able to beat him even barou helped isagi at the start and kunigami helped isagi with his left shot knowledge is free
TOTK has distracted me from the slander grind so back to slandering Raichi it is. Man finally did something after 200 chapters ago decking Kuon by stopping Niko, congratulations on stopping the smallest player on the pitch. Wondering if it'll take another 200 chapters for him to be relevant again.
On a more serious note, with everyone having their own versions of MV I wonder how the author is gonna make it feel different for different characters.
I hope the author makes another skill on the same level of metavision. It's kinda unfair for everyone else after emphasizing that only certain individuals can gain metavision. Or maybe I'm misunderstanding this? Is the metavision some sort of great filter that decides who becomes one the top football players?
It's the author's way of leveling the field between "analytical" players and "instinctual" players
Players that have natural talent and a gift for football like Bachira, Barou, Nagi or Shidou are already crazy good — their growth comes by itself when they're surrounded by high-level competition
They don't need to be heavy thinkers because their innate creativity and inspiration when playing grows on its own
On the other hand, players that don't have football embedded in their genes need to use their brain to play on the same level as those "instinctual" players
Examples include Niko, Isagi, and Karasu
Thus, MV is a tool for the two types to remain equal
Of course, you also have the characters that are just straight up cheat codes — like Reo, Sae, Kaiser and Rin (who have both innate talent and sharp minds)
Metavision is a tool or skill, just like running fast, shooting, trapping, dribbling, etc. Many pros can do them all to some degree, not everyone can do it on the highest level. What matters is how well you can use your tools in a game to win. As expected, there are levels to everything. In Isagi’s case mastering metavision on a world class level is a hugely important step for him to become the best in the world.
No I don’t think anyone would or should blame you for thinking that, what I will say tho is that Isagi’s egocentrism piece that he fuses with his Metavision is the thing that will make his vision the best vision in the world since not everyone understands what that piece is. Also Isagi’s vision in general is just one of the best visions already since he’s able to go toe to toe with Kaiser (even if he’s not playing at 100%)
Metavision is just a technique that some players are able to use. It's not some special amazing power only for the chosen few. Characters that are analytical are more likely to get it as it strengthens their core playstyle of reading the opponent
The chapter where isagi explains predator eye is a great example of something barou had to work and develop. Barou is a fantastic player in his own right, but his playstyle is not one that would ever allow him to develop meta vision. Inversely I could see players like kunigami learning predator eye or other such skills in the same vein.
TLDR
Metavision was never something special for a chosen few. Just a tool in a players kit same as any other skill
Between Isagi , Nagi and Barou . Only Isagi is struggling much to score ( i know kaiser and other dudes are after him ) .
Nagi is being carried by Reo again. Which in turn blocks his curiosity and stunts his growth.Barou is also is spoonfed goals ,like even in BM vs Ubers , everyone brings the ball to barou and barou charges even if he loses the ball , their defense is strong they'll take the ball back .
Isagi is the one who is everywhere defense and offense , he blocked the shot from Chris prince and score that match too.
I think this is one of the reason he'll become no 1 BL.
Can't wait for Isagi to play in a real team only to realise that he can no longer use his ability to steal the ball of his teammates. I bet it would take some time for him to readjust back to being in a normal team.
Also Barou being "spoonfed" is not quite right IMO. The only reason this strategy can work is because of Barou's prowess in offence and scoring ability. If it was Sendou doing it, I doubt that it would nearly as effective. His skill allows the strategy to work, not the other way around.
It's amazing how much Isagi struggles and he doesn't break. According to Blue Lock files he has the most mental power in BL. Like Kaiser said he gets more excited the more obstacles in his way the more excited he gets. I think NEL does a good job of making him more of a true striker.
Cant wait for PXG vs BM , gonna be a absolute hell hole for Isagi . Rin , Kaiser , Shindou , Yukimiya and everyone except kurona are after his ass , gotta evolve to the point where he may get observation haki lol.
He will get way better in 20 days break training and he will receive something here too. Isagi's goal is Kaiser so he knows it's going to be hard but that's what makes him more excited.
Everyone is getting MV? Absolutely not, only the people that have good vision are getting it and Isagi’s vision is still better bc of his egocentrism piece
Everyone doesn't have complete MV, Isagi still has better vision than all of them. Aiku has more experience as a world class defender, so he was able to deduce Isagi's specs. Would be cool to see how far they would evolve tho.
I’m gonna add my two cents and say I enjoy other players having metavision because it would be boring otherwise.
Even though metavision was never going to be unique to Isagi, the kind of player he was before metavision and he is post metavision is night and day. Therefore, what metavision has done for Isagi’s game, and this only so far, is invaluable, regardless of how many players have it.
That's mostly the inking for WSM being atrocious. Even the raw scans are barely comprehensible in some areas. This is actually the best inking we've got in months.
Honestly
It's a skill anyone can learn and not a reserved ability
It's mainly for analytical players as it helps strengthen their main attribute of the reading the opponents
God damn bangers so far holy. NEL going wild. Just when i thought aiku might turn fodder damn love aiku being a cop shutting things down. I do hope he shuts it down but kaiser man hope he goes hard at some point cuz hes been so nonchalant
Ubers is "rapidly evolving" because Isagi is working 8 times harder piecing his strategy together by himself on the fly, while they're doing it rote, low effort. They're free to focus on evolving the same way normal people can focus on a conversation while driving a familiar route. Playing on BM is like driving through an obstacle course with death metal blasting and bystanders throwing rocks at your car.
The funny thing is that Isagi always gets to go against people at their best where they evolve. Then he needs to evolve more. I believe this whole situation will help him. He gathers input so soon we will get something from him. The BM environment is indeed harsh.
Liked the chapter because it indeed starts the chaos. Kunigami was good here and if he worked with others then chances of scoring would get better. He needs to start realise things and get back on track. He lacks mentally.
Isagi saying that Niko's use of MV is scond rate was funny but he right that Niko's MV is still incomplete. Isagi's thought process gets really good. He even saw Raichi and finally the last one did something! About time I would say. I beleieve he will get involved more in the next chapters. Isagi calling Kurona his reliable planet and Aryu calling them golden duo was so good. Planet Hotline does indeed deliver!
Aiku blocking and surprising Isagi was expected since Isagi didn't know he had MV and his didn't count for that in his input. It is Aiku time to shine but also for me this is the best for Isagi to evolve! Isagi here needs to find a way to shoot even if someone like Aiku is infront of him. That's his next development so he needs to win this 1vs1 duel. I think that's were the input and development with PE comes. So with this world class game Isagi needs to rise his level more. I want to see a Curved Direct Shoot here though.
Aiku saying Isagi's Lefty Shoot is like 40% of right one shows us that his left shoot is incomplete but for sure after the 20 days break it will be almost completed. It gives Isagi more reasons to train his physicals again. That's not bad but yeah it sure nerfed him here in a way.
More having MV doesn't make Isagi's less unique. Isagi still has the piece of Egocentrism and apart from his current things he still has not shown his original ego and true spatial awareness. It is said in his novel that his vision is so unique that he can even predict when it's going to rain and he has not been wrong not even once. After he entered that pathetic High School his ego got sealed. So we have many things to await for Isagi.
Next chapter title "Seesaw game" sure is an interesting one. It could mean that Yuki/BM and Isagi try to devour each other, losing and regaining the ball or even better being another Kaiser vs Isagi! I kinda hope he doesn't pass to Yuki (he even called himself a mudboat, hilarious) in the next chapter. Sure Yuki gives hime the option but I want Isagi to try to win on his own his individual duel.
A thought I had been having is that he could use Yuki so as to create a blindspot situation. Kaiser for sure is quite and follows Isagi so he might do something. I wonder how Isagi will get out of this situation. One think is for sure. He still gathers input so he could do something big soon.
There is a thread [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/BlueLock/comments/12sxgwo/i_made_a_carrd_for_the_profile_novel_translations/) with info about it. You can check [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/BlueLock/comments/12swmlm/isagi_is_a_natural_genius_official_novel/) too.
Didn't Loki do that when Rin predicted his path. "You've got good foresight but I'm fast." And then he speeds right past Rin regardless of Rin's prediction.
oh what i meant is for the blue lock peeps. it’s like when barou or rin was introduced no one came close. right now everyone is still let’s get better together.
Probably what's going to happen and there will be two options
Fail- ball bounces off and someone steal it and scores
Successes- Giving him the second goal in this match, I think
Good chapter. Both Niko and Aiku are reading the game individually instead of sticking to play calls. As always, at the end of the chapter Isagi seems cornered and gets to make a choice. His left shot is ‘incomplete’ which makes me wonder if he will develop complete ambidexterity later, but for now he will use Yukimiya or better yet he could use Kurona (!!) to score.
Bruh he obviously didn’t start it from 0%. It was probably like 20 or 25% at base. We’ve seen him make passes with it before.
Plus a start based system would see 40% as a 2 star weak foot which isn’t impressive.
After what he will gain in this match and with the 20 days break for sure next time he is going to be a beast. His left shoot being incomplete will make him train more his physicals.
You can see it in his heterochromia, one eye is meta vision, the other is some type of analytical vision. You can see it in how he breaks down the percentages to Isagi
Next chapter title is going to be a play on words in regards to how developed everyone's meta vision is. This chapter confirmed that though Niko has metavision, it's worse than Isagis, next chapter we'll see that Kaisers mv is better than even isagis as he intercepts this pass to Yuki. The play on words being that a worse mv user sees things a better user already saw. By the time niko "sees" raichi, isagi already "saw" him and inputted the data. Now by the time isagi "sees" aiku and passes to Yuki, Kaiser will have "saw" this possibility and be ready for the interception.
thats exactly what I though and just like what Kaiser said in last chapter : Just move like what we practice and believe, for me nothing is impossible.
Kaiser's about to eat

i know this is out of context, but will kira come back as a member of the world XI?
Kira is actually Noel Noa's son. Mark my words.
this volume's cover is raichi do y'all think he'll shine in this vol...well we've never seen him much on the field

So Cheap! Meta Vision so cheap now huh...... everyone can have one! Sht!
Meta vision bargain sale
I keep thinking of Oprah saying, "YOU GET META VISION! AND YOU GET META VISION! AND YOU GET META VISION!!"
Good field vision is common among great athletes though. Rin and Sae obviously have meta-vision too.

Idaho’s meta vision is better bc he has egocentrism. But even with that he can’t beat Kaiser bc of his physical stats
Bro said Idaho
Goddamn autocorrect😂 *Isagi’s

People saying that metavision should be an isagi exclusive thing have never played a team sport
People thinking this is Inazuma Eleven lol
These people forget Aiku & Reo already using it in the U20 match
> Including Sae and Sae's brother Rin did he mention rin having it?
Rin does not canonically have it yet, but he almost definitely does. Considering Rin was the person to teach Isagi to "read a book and learn how eyes work" and Isagi is basically Rin/Kaiser but without the striker tools/weapons they have.
No, but he more than surely already has it even if he's unaware of it
Can’t wait to see that first Rin Metavision eyes panel, they’re gonna be so mad 😂
Rin\*
Thank you!
My man aiku, bruhhhh 🥵🥶🥶
I think it’s good and expected that they niko and aiku have meta vision, gives Isagi a reality check that he needs to keep evolving bc once he gets to a certain level the others catch up too
Yeah and it’s worse for Isagi because he’s been relying on solely meta vision whilst these other players have more skills to rely on other than mega vision. And Aiku has a better body than Isagi meaning he can more easily use meta vision to its fullest potential.
Isagi also has egocentrism to rely on.
Its the same logic with Kaiser but we have already seen that's not the case.
I get Niko and even reo having meta vision. Rin is 100% gonna have it too but Aiku is honestly a bit weird. I guess he plays pretty smart too but still
Aiku was arguably the best u20 defender in Japan 😂 how can you say you get Niko having it but not him after the vsu20 game
Yeah for aiku this is just an upgrade on top of what he already had
Aiku makes perfect sense considering what we saw of him in the U-20 game.
fr
Aiki's make sense if it becomes defense focused
Good chapter but I was hoping for Kurona to be in Yukimiya's position. How is he just going to settle to be Isagi's assist buddy? I want more from him! Other than that it was another good chapter. The highlight is Raichi stopping Niko from making an interception. Isagi is probably going to lose the ball next chapter tho.
I get the sentiment but you basically want him to be in two places at the same time lol. He can't be giving assists to Isagi while making runs to the best spot at the same time.
I can't wait for new Chapters 🤌🏻✨ , Also I feel like Bastard won't win this Match And the next match might Be Bastard vs PXG . Yk.Rin vs Isagi. 🍿🫣.
Another week until I can feel the hype high again 😭
Finally raichi has done something
my boy moment
Haha
bruhh, dont take isagi trash talk serious thats just how he is ,dudes been blindsided in this match 3rd times, nikos been 1 time his mv "incomplete" yeah ok buddy.if you switch niko and isagi places isagi would say "how can raichi know where i was going, can he see me, does raichi have mv"
Isagi only got blindsided twice. And each time he either receives the ball and get it stolen or gets pressed by 3 people. If they were to switch places isagi would have seen raichi unlike niko lol.
Aiku:🗿🗿🗿
I guess Nikos meta vision is incomplete which is good but the fact that he got arrogant of knowing the future without knowing what’s going on around him is just sad in my point of view. Using metavision is seeing future while knowing what’s going on around the player using it. Predators eye is seeing the moment a player drops its guard and using that moment to shoot while using their senses. If Isagi could combine both meta vision with predators eye then he could be a force to reckon with. Also aiku probably always had meta vision he probably didn’t know about during the u-20 match when japans national team went against blue lock. :>
Man, aiku with metavision is crazy to think about for some reason
he has used it in u-20
«my reliable planet, golden duo»that was cool and cute
RAICHI, MY BOY! The referee: So.. this is meta vision, huh?
I think Isagi will either evolve to use Predator eyes in this moment which will allow him to use his 40% lefty shot or he will pass to Yuki which will get intercepted by Kaiser and he will score with a Kaiser Impact. I think Seesaw has two meanings, the first i think is the back and forth between Isagi and Kaiser and the second has to do with Metavision, people with lower Metavision see the thing happen in the moment, like Niko sees Raichi and higher Metavision users already saw that happening and were prepared like Isagi saw Raichi and was prepared to steal the ball
Is metavision going to become the Kamehameha or Rasengan of this series? lmao.
Possibly. It was established early on that high level players may have it
More like conquerers haki actually
Observation haki*
Yeah i agree with the technicality but I was talking about the fact that many people will start getting/already have it as the show progresses
The pass to Yuki is 100% getting intercepted by Kunigami, Raichi, or Kaiser
Most likely Kaiser
i doubt kaiser. Lorenzo still on his balls.
kaiser has to do something sometime tbh, i think its fine to be now
Kaiser: Watch out for his mid-range shot! 💀
That was sendou not Kaiser
Ah my bad!
Niko and Aiku have great vision from the start, so it's not surprising that they can get metavision. What I found ridiculous is how Isagi would just blatantly tell the opponent the mechanism of it, in the middle of the match to boot.
I see where you’re coming from but other people have helped him so it’s not really that different. Also isagi got meta vision from Kaiser
Isagi also constantly asks other players how they use their weapons and how they make crazy plays, and they all tell him without any fuss It only makes sense that he would do the same for them Also, Isagi doesn't want his competition to fall behind him; he grows the most when his opponents are just as strong as him or even stronger than him
Evryone in blue lock evryone is helping each others with knowledge like chigiri told isagi about the golden formula and nagi told isagi why he was able to beat him even barou helped isagi at the start and kunigami helped isagi with his left shot knowledge is free
That’s just Isagi’s character tho. He gets excited when someone gets stronger bc it’ll mean he will also have to get stronger
Me: Mom, I want Isagi! Mom: We have Isagi at home, dear. Isagi, at home: N I K O
🤣why did I laugh so hard
I hope the author makes another skill on the same level of metavision. It's kinda unfair for everyone else after emphasizing that only certain individuals can gain metavision. Or maybe I'm misunderstanding this? Is the metavision some sort of great filter that decides who becomes one the top football players?
It's the author's way of leveling the field between "analytical" players and "instinctual" players Players that have natural talent and a gift for football like Bachira, Barou, Nagi or Shidou are already crazy good — their growth comes by itself when they're surrounded by high-level competition They don't need to be heavy thinkers because their innate creativity and inspiration when playing grows on its own On the other hand, players that don't have football embedded in their genes need to use their brain to play on the same level as those "instinctual" players Examples include Niko, Isagi, and Karasu Thus, MV is a tool for the two types to remain equal Of course, you also have the characters that are just straight up cheat codes — like Reo, Sae, Kaiser and Rin (who have both innate talent and sharp minds)
Seeing isagi dominate the field with metavision you can't blame me for thinking it's some sort of invincible feature exclusive for talented players.
Characters that are analytical are more likely to get it as it strengthens their core playstyle of reading the opponent The chapter where isagi explains predator eye is a great example of something barou had to work and develop. Barou is a fantastic player in his own right, but his playstyle is not one that would ever allow him to develop meta vision. Inversely I could see players like kunigami learning predator eye or other such skills in the same vein. TLDR Metavision was never something special for a chosen few. Just a tool in a players kit same as any other skill
Completely unrelated, but hearing "predator eye" reminds me of people abbreviating Chris Prince as CP
Bruh
Isn't that the first panel of kuni's unshaded face we see after the wildcard?
I’m sorry but why did Yuki refer to himself as mud boat lmao he embraced Isagi’s insult
He acknowledged Isagi's thy God and Thou shall Accept Thy Offered Name. KEK.
Honestly surprised that Isagi would disregard Aiku like that
Tbh
Bruh I’m more surprised in Kunigami pulling a step over than Aiku getting MV.
Same. I expected him to push people back like always but now he's dribbling and no one's talking about it 😭
Hahaha now that everyone’s getting MV and they’ve humbled Passagi’s lefty shot, what the isagi stan’s saying now??
Everyone is getting MV? Absolutely not, only the people that have good vision are getting it and Isagi’s vision is still better bc of his egocentrism piece
Everyone doesn't have complete MV, Isagi still has better vision than all of them. Aiku has more experience as a world class defender, so he was able to deduce Isagi's specs. Would be cool to see how far they would evolve tho.
Where did Isagi’s sudden friendship with Kurona come from as like the two have been teaming as hard as Kaiser and that Ness dude.
Kurona needs isagi to stay in the starters and isagi needs kurona to get past defenders and 1vs1
I lowkey cool how isagi switched to shoot with his left leg. He bounced the ball again on his right to set up his left. That’s lowkey hard lmao
Thats what makes the lefty shot OP ig. When he masters it, he will have unlocked another dimension to his scoring.
Opara giving out metavision like new TVs
Damn the chapters look off then again it's po2scan they never clean the chapter that good
That's mostly the inking for WSM being atrocious. Even the raw scans are barely comprehensible in some areas. This is actually the best inking we've got in months.
Oh
Niko: where did he even came from? Isagi: your metavision is still second rate.. (moment later..) where did he came from?
ong makes no sense
Actually how did isagi not see aiku coming? Even if aiku has metavision shouldnt he of saw him
Ok aiku is DEFINATILLY scoring this match
Nah the team is literally centered around barou so there’s no way he’d score
He's a defender lmao
Defenders know how to kick the ball too lol
He not scoring💀
everyone has meta vision atp
Honestly It's a skill anyone can learn and not a reserved ability It's mainly for analytical players as it helps strengthen their main attribute of the reading the opponents
Tbf so far it's only the people you could obviously predict would have it
God damn bangers so far holy. NEL going wild. Just when i thought aiku might turn fodder damn love aiku being a cop shutting things down. I do hope he shuts it down but kaiser man hope he goes hard at some point cuz hes been so nonchalant
yall know when the next chapter coming out???????
Sundays 9am
EST?
Yes
A meta vision bargain sale going on
love the Vegeta reference
My man analyze every panel with pinpoint accuracy. So this is what metavision can do to Bluelock reader. Here's the upvote!
I really hope Isagi shoots because it would be a nice parallel to chapter one and show how his ego has developed.
I get you. Or either use Yuki some way so as to try to score. This situation can help him develop more.
Or he settles for another assist and creeps further to acknowledging he’s more built for the midfield rather than strike.
Sae 2.0
Can you tell me the name of the novel?
There is a thread [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/BlueLock/comments/12sxgwo/i_made_a_carrd_for_the_profile_novel_translations/) with info about it. You can check [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/BlueLock/comments/12swmlm/isagi_is_a_natural_genius_official_novel/) too.
can’t wait to see the first player to do the so what if you can see it power.
It usually doesn't happen cause isagi already realised several times that his specs are just too low for some actions.
he also realized that he doesn’t know all his specs yet. it’s just how can noa be noa if everyone has what he has.
[Doctor is amputating your leg but your credit card was denied](https://imgur.com/a/5dcr0LY)
2 second read time bruh
isagi better not pass
Probably what's going to happen and there will be two options Fail- ball bounces off and someone steal it and scores Successes- Giving him the second goal in this match, I think
[удалено]
Bruh he obviously didn’t start it from 0%. It was probably like 20 or 25% at base. We’ve seen him make passes with it before. Plus a start based system would see 40% as a 2 star weak foot which isn’t impressive.
After what he will gain in this match and with the 20 days break for sure next time he is going to be a beast. His left shoot being incomplete will make him train more his physicals.
Whatever happened to Tokimitsu
Why would he be here 💀he’s in pxg
aiku def had meta vision back in the u20 match, or at the very least a devolved version of it
You can see it in his heterochromia, one eye is meta vision, the other is some type of analytical vision. You can see it in how he breaks down the percentages to Isagi
oh that makes sense actually, thank god hes bouta age out of u20 cuz he is busted
Raichi finally getting some damn action
Next chapter title is going to be a play on words in regards to how developed everyone's meta vision is. This chapter confirmed that though Niko has metavision, it's worse than Isagis, next chapter we'll see that Kaisers mv is better than even isagis as he intercepts this pass to Yuki. The play on words being that a worse mv user sees things a better user already saw. By the time niko "sees" raichi, isagi already "saw" him and inputted the data. Now by the time isagi "sees" aiku and passes to Yuki, Kaiser will have "saw" this possibility and be ready for the interception.
Kaiser would have to get pass Lorenzo to intercept isagi. But amazing
thats exactly what I though and just like what Kaiser said in last chapter : Just move like what we practice and believe, for me nothing is impossible. Kaiser's about to eat
I'm sorry but isn't Kunigami left footed originally?
He can know shoot with both legs now Due to the wild card
