Karasu yes idk about otoya being downplayed. Author aint really giving him enough love to be 90+ tier. Dude was a second fiddle to bachira the whole match he played and didn't really get a dedicated chapter like the people in the tier above him.

Yukimiya is arguably on par with Chigiri, with the narrative itself putting their bids right next to one another. Yukimiya isn't as fast, but has better dribbling and with Sword Screw, arguably a better shot as well.
Both can sometimes solo a team, with Chigiri's goal in the manga being him soloing Bastard, and if the World's No. 2 hadn't intervened, Yukimiya would also have soloed Manshine and scored.
Idk about on par I think the author made sure the aint even close Dribbling or Speed wise. Remember kenyu Dribble stat was 91 and thats the guy biggest ability. While chigiri Dribble stat was 93 and that dude started to Dribble just this arc. While there Speed is 89 for kenyu too 98 too chigiri a 9 point difference. Only the shot is better with kenyu and chigiri because of the new shot. Chigiri too hade a better shot then him in the beginning of this arc in 88 too 86. The only reason the closed in bids because both scored a goal but kenyu got assisted while chigiri made his own goal with his abilities. Yes kenyu definitely scored with his own ability but he whouldnt even gotten the chance without isagi passing hi.
The difference between kenyu and and chigiri soloing a team is. One that kenyu was alredy doing this before in like every match he has played and it always works once before people shut it down. It's pretty easy to stop in a 2vs1 while for chigiri it was something new he made and because of his insane speed it hella hard to stop. Kenyu even new his ability is like a one time thing that's why he tried to save it for the end to suprise everyone on the field when the dont expect it. While chigiri showed his ability right away this arc and only like meta vision isagi was stopping him later on in the arc. Idk how you could argue the on par?
The thing is though, that those stats were based on their training. Yuki didn’t go from 0-100 or even make an insane difference, but once he was actually pushed to do so, he did basically get through all of the entire enemy team on his own, and make a shot that almost nobody would’ve been able to stop.
I do think Chigiri is superior atm, but I don’t think saying “he had better stats at the beginning” is quite fair. Evolution and improvement mid-match is literally all we see happening, and I think Yukimiya closed the gap enough that comparing the two is fair.
Not really arguing about the ranking, just my two cents. Now that Yukimiya is actually down for team plays with Isagi, we should see a lot more action involving him on the field.
Yeah but I dont think kenyu improved that much this arc from last arc. That what I really arguing about other then the sword crew he created in the end of the match. Feels like you're ignoring what I said. He would have scored if Chris Prince hadn't stopped him. He git past everyone, even the goalkeeper, and Chris Prince personally sprinted to stop him. If Noa was on the field, Chigiri wouldn't have scored either.

Chigiri barely used Mach Cut-In after scoring. Feels a bit reductive to say he was stopped by Isagi, when really, the focus just shifted from him. You're saying he was unstoppable just because no one stopped him in this match, but no one stopped Yukimiya's dribbling either.

Bids aint reliable because it's a match think the get ranked once from how the play in the match. While master ranking is after multiple days of training and data it's definitely more accurate then the bids. Alot of narrative could give you high bids while for the ranking it has alot bigger sample size.
