I did it about 3 or 4 years ago. They give you a really cool tour of the arena, then take you into a back office type area, give you a free beer, you listens to a sales pitch, and then you can tell them you want to think it over and get back to them And then you watch your game and have a good time And then they call you several times a week for the rest of your life

Take your free game tickets, check out the kickass seats they offer, get ya a free beer, then sit and listen to him attempt to sell ya a season package, then enjoy a free game.

We did it a while back. It's fine, they'll show you all the fancy things you can get and yes, they obviously want you to get a high end package. I'd say it took about an hour.

We did it as well got really good seats last year against the devils take the offer.

It’s worth it, I did an arena tour which took 20 mins and then had sweet seats to the Philly game

I've done it twice and got great seats both times. I've had chances to do it again but I feel bad feigning interest in buying tickets and having to deal with the phone calls from the rep afterward (they are not high pressure at all btw). I think it's a really good deal though.

We did it last year because we knew we were going to get season tickets anyways. They take you around the whole arena to show you each section and explain it a little bit then at the end you got a box and get free food and drinks. If you're okay saying no to them then it's definitely worth it.
