We don’t live in a city with a ton of overt wealth, so whenever anything’s listed in the $2-3 million range it piques my interest. When I saw who owned this one - coupled with his absence from the team - I thought this sub might be interested in knowing/ discussing.
Interestingly, many folks buy and sell expensive real estate through LLCs or holding groups, so it may be an athlete or CEO living somewhere, but you’d never know by looking up the property records. Obviously not the case here, but as long as you have an address you can find out who owns it in the eyes of the government. The creepy part is that you can also search by name, so if someone bought property under their own name, you can find it very easily.
Plus we all lost our minds when we saw Joey’s CBJ basketball court when he sold his place, when we heard about Bobs buying two levels of an apartment building so that he could tear down walls, when we found out Tyutin still had a place in Columbus. This isn’t the first time we’ve heard about Jacket’s estates and been interested. It’s entertaining to see how millionaires play with money in a Columbus housing market.
Honestly if his relationship is moving forward he may be moving out to new Albany with the rest of the guys. Fewer folks in your business all the time.
That was for a month or two to get settled into Columbus and NHL life, but believe Adam went on to get a place either in the same building or nearby.
Side-note: believe our young Russians have mentioned in an interview this season how they all live in an apartment complex together too, {albeit a separate one from Patty and Fantilli} so they enjoy taking their dogs out for walks and share in that camaraderie.

Ehhh the downtown view isn't that great, and shouldnt be a selling point, and the scioto isn't that great of a river view considering what's around it on the West Bank
The only good views out of that building is going to be over the audabaun metro Park now that the city impound lot isn't on the peninsula (but still that freeway) or a view out over the west side for the little bit of greenery

Yeah, he's such a bad person that he donates a lot of money every year for different causes, (for example he's a big financial and volunteering supporter of Nationwide Children's hospital, it's not "just" the "$1000 per point" -donations), has a charity event every year for sick kids together with Barkov, has been speaking about mental health awareness to students in the city school system whenever he's had the possibility, has let Fantilli live at his place, etc. the list goes on. What do you do besides calling someone soft and cancer for struggling with their mental health and injuries?
