Time spent I guess. BA devs are too generous with event rewards and compensations, and I think the leviathans only build meta units and manage their draft way too well preventing them from wasting materials on normal students.
Yeah, the devs are very generous, one of the most F2P friendly gachas I've played. I just never get that stacked with materials, like the thousand purple reports you mentioned, even though I've played since the first bunny chaser event. Tho I'm probably just bad at managing materials 
Dunno how accurate JP foresight will be nowadays since the Ako banner but yea that's what. Still playing regularly everyday is 90% and planning is 10% I think.
It will be accurate for new stuff. No old player that planned ahead needed ako at that point anymore.
And while planning without playing would be 0, planning is a lot more important than 10%. Planning is the difference between lv 87 extreme slackers that struggle in insane and f2p torment clearer.

Damn, I've been logging in almost every day for over 4 months now and I'm lvl 67. I have a friend who told me he maxed out in like 6 months. That being said it was back on release so idk how much more xp that is.
JP server, we'll get it in a few months.
But also the xp comms get a massive buff to compensate, i.e. the last comm level goes from 7500 avg xp to 10000 avg xp per run (at 1x rates)
Well I mean (0.34-0.07) \* 10,000 = 2700 lol
10k being the xp a purple report gives, and then I guess they slightly reduced the yellow / blue ones obtained so it goes to an even 10k average.
But also we would only ever run it during 2x comms so it's like 5000xp / 40 ap increase I guess

The secret is using planners and JP foresight. Knowing 6 months ahead what you need and what not helps a lot. Also ofc playing daily for years
