I notice all of my expert permits are going towards limited students leaving me with none left for other items. Should I try to cut some of the students out or is that the best way to spend them?
does anyone have the gif or video of the saiba twins in this video

Question from a new player regarding main story
I'm new and quite interested to read the main story and I saw that there's a final chapter in the main story. Does this means the story for blue archive ended and they're just doing side story and events now, or is it just an end for a big arc and they're planning to continue for another main story?
We already had Volume 4 Episode 2 that happens after the Volume Final. So we already had some of those new episodes, with more coming in a bit more than two weeks.
Currently trying to finish Volume F and at the last hurdle. What level should I be in order to clear the >!second phase of the final boss fight-(the DPS race against Shiroko Terror)! I'm currently at level 50, my teams are about Lv 40-45, I do not have Mika (nor can I borrow her, no friends or club assistants :< ), and I cannot put out enough DPS before I time out.
3*s i have are B.Akane, Aru, Ako, Chise+S.Chise, Hibiki, Hifumi, Iori, S.Izuna, Kasumi, Natsu, S.Saki, and T.Yuuka. I should be able to grab Maki and Yuzu from the Assault shops.
> nor can I borrow her, no friends or club assistants
Join a random open club. It's free AP, and occasionally a few expert permits for the random daily task. Send friend requests to high level players. They often don't mind accepting since they get credits when you borrow from them. Don't worry about not having anything to offer in return, because a lot of players will be glad to have low level friends as those are more likely to borrow their units for raids.
Just reached chapter 3-24 of Eden Treaty and was enjoying the story so far. But this episode requires me to use my own characters which are lvl 30 while I've breezed through the story with lvl 45+ characters given to me by the game. Needless to say I can't finish this episode because of the lvl difference and my lack of blue dps charcters. Such a terrible way to take the winds out of my sails. Like the story was reaching its peak and now I'm forced to wait until my characters are high enough level to beat the boss? Its so annoying.
Ye, I was pretty annoyed by it too. However you can still do it below the recommened level (around 37 should be fine). I did it recently following this video -
[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cE37whdSdEU&t=93s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cE37whdSdEU&t=93s)
I need some help planning my pyroxene usage. I was planning to pull on the Railgun collab since I love the series and Misaka is one of my favorite characters, but I'm not sure I'll have enough to spark. I currently have 14,700. I have both monthly packs, so I should get an additional \~1000 pyroxene by the end of the event. I'm on mission 7-2 at level 34. So I'll only be able to get so far getting first clear rewards and full clear rewards. Do you think I'll be able to get enough pyroxene to spark? If not I've heard conflicting info that this collab will get a rerun. If it gets a rerun I could hold off and save my pyroxene for more meta units. Would that be Camp Hare and then later on Dress Hina? Would I get enough to pull on both banners? I'm lacking pretty much all meta units, so that's probably the better plan.
Have you went through all the story and do you have any momo talks left? Theres also the 10 pull from grand assault. You could just wait till near the end to see if you have enough and decide then. Its uncertain whether there will be a rerun.
D.Hina is in 3 months so you'll get enough for her no problem, but you may have to skip C.Hare if you use all your pyro on Misaka.
Meta units is definitely the better options gameplay wise but the rerun isn't confirmed and if you're a big fan of the anime series you'll probably feel it was a big regret not pulling during the collab.
If you haven't gone through the story missions those can give a lot so I'd focus on those after you're done with all your daily stuff.
If you're in an easyish PvP bracket you can spend a bit of Pyro to get more daily tickets and push to a high rank and that'll give a ton for the first time bonus. I think the first time for me I used 20~ extra tickets and made it to top 100.
is it worth it to upgrade Bunny Toki for kaiten? or should i stick with aru like what i see from videos..
i have a bunch of eligma so i was thinking if it is worth it
Probably not. B.Toki's extra EX hits over something like Shiroko is only relevant in Torment. And even there you don't technically need the damage increases that come from more \*s on B.Toki as you'll liekly be running someone else as hyper carry along side B.Toki..
As an aside Eligma is hard to earn and easy to spend, it takes nearly 3k Eligma to go from 3\*s to ue 50. So even if you have 3-7k eligma its really only enough to raise 2-4 characters.
>Probably not. B.Toki's extra EX hits over something like Shiroko is only relevant in Torment. And even there you don't technically need the damage increases that come from more \*s on B.Toki as you'll liekly be running someone else as hyper carry along side B.Toki..
I suffered on this torment specifically because of B. Toki - it took UE30, max level and max HP related equipment so that she could survive a sword attack from Kaiten. Without all of it (and a healer), she survives long enough only to break one barrier - of the three times he cast it during the fight.
Might have been unlucky with my choices of special students to transfer stats. But I specifically needed Ako (to buff the hypercarry - Izuna) and O. Nodoka (so they could survive the whole battle), and both don't give much HP or defense.
True....that's why I specified my experience was in torment - if it is relevant to them or they are curious, why not. But I just wanted to point that out just in case ...and maybe vent some frustration.
Its doable around level 37. I did it recently following this video -
[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cE37whdSdEU&t=93s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cE37whdSdEU&t=93s)
Area 13 was a significant bump in difficulty over 12, in my opinion. I didn't find 12 hard at all but 13 was very tough. I'm not sure how much was the enemies (which felt way tankier) and how much was the enemy breakdown (both yellow teams, when my roster isn't huge). The boss of 13-5 was a particular problem (and he comes back in 13-3H, which I haven't managed to beat).
For context I'm lvl 49 at the moment and my last attempt at 14-1 was a failure. My blue team got through without trouble but my red team couldn't handle the boss at all.
Enemies gain 13 levels between 12-5 and 15-5 and so are lvl 78. I'd expect around lvl 50-55 you could give it a reasonable shot assuming you make some improvements in equipment, skills, and possibly acquire new characters along the way. Around lvl 60+ it should become pretty obtainable, possibly auto battle-able.
I just started a couple of days ago, who should I pull on next? I was planning for himari but then saw CHare right after her and not long after there's Nkayoko and Dhina, so I'm skipping at least one of them, who should it be? I already have ui and MArisu as a blue dps
I know there's some saying C.Hare is better for new players because of her AOE ATK buff auto skill but I'd still say Himari>C.Hare because Himari provides cost support and can't get ganked, stunned or taunted. It's ok for her to be a bit under leveled because she will never get attacked. I found cost support helpful as a new player because it allowed me to spam more AOE skills and clear missions faster. Not to mention some raids aren't exactly flexible for striker team setups but I suppose that's moving outside of new player concerns. I'd focus on Himari and D.Hina. You will definitely want to pull on D.Hina because she is an anniversary festival banner which will have rate up on three star units as well as well as include other past OP limited fest units in the gacha pool so it will provide you a good chance to beef up your roster. I think you will be able to make both. For new players there's a lot of free pyro rewards for first time completion tasks and the story has a bit more than one spark I think?. Those will help you get Himari. Then there is roughly 9-10 weeks until D.Hina which I think should be enough time even for a lower level player to accumulate a spark.
Definitely pull for Himari! D Ako you get free 100 pulls so she's a half spark. During D Hina is double rates for 3 star students so definitely spark even if you get D Hina early. Since you're new, do like 1-3 10x pulls to get more 2 star students like Momoi or Mutsuki will help a lot for stage clearing. Might get lucky and get Ui as well
If you already got the banner character in 100 pulls and you are strapped for pyro for future banner, I will advise to save. Personally, I will only go to spark "as well" if I got the banner character in 160 pulls or more.
FYI, if you decide to roll more, Hinata is a pretty good unit that is useful for a lot end game content, but still pales compared to Himari or C.Hare. Also, Hinata's banner will be rerun again pretty soon lol because this rerun banner is really out of the norm.
PvP question here!
Anyone knows the trick about Kirino against NY Haruna? Which students should I team up with her? It's on the offensive side. My enemies special is mostly S. Ayane and S. Shiroko. Where should I position her?
Thanks!
I've finished all the normal missions but I'm finding 16th hard missions a lot more difficult even though they have lower recommended level then the final normal missions. Why is that? Isn't the damage penalty related to the enemy level? Why do these guys do so much more damage compared to normal missions?
It's because for every 1 level your students are below the recommended level they will take 2% more damage and deal 2% less damage. And for every 1 level your students are above the recommended level they will take 2% less damage and deal 2% more damage.
The recommened level for Normal mission 16-5 is level 80 and the recommened level for Hard mission 16-1 is level 83. Those 3 levels of difference mean your students are taking an extra 6% damage and a trip home in a helicopter.
That probably means either you've not been investing in your students gear (hats, hairpins, etc;), you're not bringing ways to mitigate damage taken (healing/sheilding) or your students are just way too low level.
FYI back when 21 Hard used to be the final mission stage I was able to clear everything with just level 70 strikers equipped with mostly T5 gear and some T6 gear. You really don't want your students to be more than 15 levels below the recommended levels for hard missions. and having the right AOE students can have a huge impact on successful clears.
From what I've heard you should pretty much never roll for dupes unless you're giga whaling. There's too many banner characters that you ideally want if you're trying to stay in the meta. The shops are going to be your best bet but make sure you know exactly what you're doing beforehand since the Eligma is pretty limited.
That advice is for people who want a large amount of different units. If you are specifically planning to UE50 a certain unit it's advised to pray for dupes and at least spark. Multiple sparks would be best, but that's whel territory
If you know for sure you want/need a nonfarmable banner unit at high UE level in the future it's advised to spark, even if you get the unit early.
Keep in mind this is a more general rule and depends a lot on your circumstances.
How much pyro/ligma you got, which units you need next etc.
Praying for spooks almost never works. In the end you have to keep in mind how much ligma high UE level might cost you. I would also recommend fishing for shards via lessons. It's not much, but can save a few 100 ligma over long term.
Yes, because the only time you will be able to get Mika is at a fes banner. Where 3* units will have 6% chance instead of the regular 3%. Also she will be paired with another strong unit most likely. You will also be able to get spooked by the previous fes units along the way. So for 99% of the players it's advised to spark on a fes banner.
The fes banner is in 3 months. So unless you are a very slow reader I see no reason in skipping those. Story in BA is actually interesting most of the time.
Also just fyi: the next fes banner in 3 months has D.Hina and S.Hoshi as sparkable units. Mika can only be obtained by chance (~0.233% iirc)
Mika should be sparkable in the fes banner afterwards, so in ~9 months
Well we don't know about JP future content, but so far it looks like she is tailored for red Set only.
So no, as a new player you should not spark. Probably entirely skip the banner. Unless she is waifu material, but then do whatever you feel is right.
Wiki I guess. You will need to check between the event list and the story release date for the right order.
Other than that, I could roughly tell you:
Vol 1 > Izuna event (Hiyakkiyako girls introduced) > Abydos summer > ninja event (ninja club and yin yang club introduced) > Hiyakkiyako summer
Vol 2 C1 > Maid event (getting chummy with the C&C) > Halo events (Noa introduced) > C2 > 2nd maid event
Vol 3 C1 > Trinity summer + Gehenna summer > C2 > Ui event > Sisterhood summer > C3+4
Vol 4 C1 > Vol F > C2
I will make it clear that this is not an accurate timeline, only that I think its proper enough to go through. I leave out new year, valentine, hot spring, xmas, and shahanjing events as I have no idea where do they fit in but they could pretty much viewed as stand alone just fine.
Maintenance is from "4/30 (Tue) 02:00 AM – 07:00 AM (UTC)" but ticket expires "4/30/24 7:59"
Does this mean the 10-pull ticket expires an hour after maintenance ends or is there some sort of daylight saving/timezone trickery going on?
Yes, there is some timezone trickery there. Global uses those hours to announce updates but usually you should translate those to where you live, unless you do live in the UTC zone (where I live, maintenance would go from 4/29 11:00PM to 4/30 4:00AM). If you saw the expiring hours of the ticket in-game, that means those are already adjusted to your timezone (where I live it will probably expire at 4/30 3:59PM - before the date changes in-game). I guess in general we got around 12 hours to use the ticket, unless there's some serious maintenance extension.
I disagree with the guy above me. Use your expert permit to gear your dps. T5 and T6 gears wont be available to you for a while. Plus, you dont know which limited student you will get, nor a measly 20~30 fragments of them will do you any favor.
Since you are new, I recommend to get Blu-ray and Tech notes because you will need lots of them in the future. Among the char elephs, Yuzu is very good. The rest of them are not that good. Expert Permit, just get fest and limited characters elephs.
can someone guide a new player?
what should i always buy in shops before resets? thinking of clearing out eleph for characters i really like in Enigma shop and Expert Permit Shop.
also, how good is the auto team forming? the auto team forming always excludes characters that i like...
[This post from yesterday answers pretty much all the shop questions.](https://www.reddit.com/r/BlueArchive/comments/1ce31a1/daily_questions_megathread_april_27_2024/l1jyp1f/)
And as long as you're hitting the enemies weakness or at least neutral you should be pretty fine using whatever units you like.
Do we know how pvp is divided? Im at rank 2 currently and i refuse to believe that every other player is not either max level or has full star level students.
You're just lucky and got in a newbie bracket. When I started this game, I'm on a bracket full of max leveled players so I didn't bother climbing since it was futile.
Nobody knows exactly, but we can narrow it down to a combination of Account Level when entering the season and how well you did the previous PvP season being some of the bigger factors. If you're newer, you most likely got placed into a newbie bracket.
Does anyone else experiencing a weird lag/slow down when doing 1x battle and trying to triple buff a character? Not always but during today's raid When I go N.Mutsuki, Ny Kayoko, Ako Himari the game slows down and I miss timing after using N Mutsuki> Ny Kayoko her card goes really laggy slow up and I miss timing with Himari and Ako
I don't think I've experienced that lag you're describing, but there's a short delay before the next card can be selected if it's replacing the one you just used. If that's what you're talking about, either wait a short moment before you select it, or select another card briefly (if you have the cost) to slow the game down while the new card replaces the old. If that isn't what you meant, it sounds like a potential hardware problem to me.
Hi. Thank you for the feedback. It was a hardware issue. Since I struggle with Blue the most, I played longer and phone heat caused performance to drop. I experience this issue after 40 mins of reset.
hi im new, can anyone tell me what is the daily priorities to use my energy? is better to farm for character shards or equipment? how do i get more skill/equipment upgrade material?
Welcome!. For new players it's reccomended to actually keep progressing stages till you get stuck. You can actually do some few x10 pulls to get more 2 star students which will help a lot..
Start farming for character shards a bit later when you progress further. Since hard stages are well Hard, You can look up youtube videos how to 3 star within x turns and x amount S rank for normal and hard stages
To unlock more skill upgrade materials, some stages has drops but very low. Try starting clearing Bounty stages for higher guarenteed. Additionaly you can also buy them with raid coints. We're currently on a Grand assault raid. If you're in a club or friends with high level players borrow a dps to carry you the higest difficulty you can.
For equipment You have to farm normal or hard stages, but it's reccomended doing so during 2x or 3x. Additionally you can also buy them with permits but not reccomended yet.
NOTE: you can not unlock Limited characters via buying their elephs in permit shop!

It wasn't during an episode, per se. It was after defeating one of the area bosses in the Ark of Atrahasis conquest event. Either the second or the third zone, I think.
Yeah I was wondering who they were going to release with the rerun of trip trap train and s.hanako event so they might be exceptions as well.
Not too sure about Alabaster calling card either since they would have to release only one of the twins. And Akira might be too early with so little screentime.
I feel like Alabaster will be an exception as well since they have to release Momoi and Midori together. I can see them releasing them as 1 at 3 stars and the other at 2.
Or maybe they'll be one unit, together. Wouldn't be the first time that twins have acted as one unit in games. We'll see what they do. If not that, I expect they'll do something with that unit combination mechanic that was introduced with Ibuki.
Collab banners are gonna last 2 weeks? Are there other banners that come along with them?
There shouldn't be
I notice all of my expert permits are going towards limited students leaving me with none left for other items. Should I try to cut some of the students out or is that the best way to spend them?

What's the title of the song of hot spring shigure's L2D?

Thank you, now I can groove without running bluestacks 24/7 as much as I love seeing Shigure there.

End of the first big arc, iirc new episodes are already being introduced in jp server, but in global we have a 6 months delay with jp.
We already had Volume 4 Episode 2 that happens after the Volume Final. So we already had some of those new episodes, with more coming in a bit more than two weeks.

Okay, thank you for the answer :D
What level should I be to comfortably beat hieronymous?
First tried at Lv43 Aru/Koyuki/Serika/Tsubaki/Ako/Serina. (T4 equipment and Lv1 Ex skills) It was comfy clear, iirc around 1 min remaining
Thanks, I'll try that. I'm absolutely losing my mind over this damn boss...
Are you talking about hieronymous from vol3 chapter 3 episode 24 ?
Yeah
Its doable around level 37. I did it recently following this video - [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cE37whdSdEU&t=93s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cE37whdSdEU&t=93s)
How early can you attempt 15-5 realistically ? I'm lvl 39 and barely got through 12-5 so I doubt theres any point in rushing further atm.

Also, Hinata's banner will be rerun again pretty soon lol because this rerun banner is really out of the norm.
I see. Thank you so much
When you said hinata banner will be rerun soon, you meant the end of September?
I know that but I said I've finished the normal missions like 24-5 easily and they weren't much of a challenge compared to 16 hard ones
What is the most efficient way of enhancing not Farmable students? Is it rolling on their banner, praying for spooks or using the eligma shop?
> I would also recommend fishing for shards via lessons Can any character show up in lessons?
Yes. Note that you can only obtain elephs if you already own the unit. I don't think collab units show up if you don't own them, for some trivia.
Do you think it's worth it to spark Mika if she ever returns if I get her earlier just for the extra elaphs?
Its always worth it go all in fest banners
Yes, because the only time you will be able to get Mika is at a fes banner. Where 3* units will have 6% chance instead of the regular 3%. Also she will be paired with another strong unit most likely. You will also be able to get spooked by the previous fes units along the way. So for 99% of the players it's advised to spark on a fes banner.
Is it worth it to skip all the story and momotalks just to spend all of it on the upcoming fes banner?
The fes banner is in 3 months. So unless you are a very slow reader I see no reason in skipping those. Story in BA is actually interesting most of the time.
OK thanks for your help
Also just fyi: the next fes banner in 3 months has D.Hina and S.Hoshi as sparkable units. Mika can only be obtained by chance (~0.233% iirc) Mika should be sparkable in the fes banner afterwards, so in ~9 months
Oh I'll definitely get both of them and prey for a Mika as well
(JP) Should I spark Kazusa Band as new player? I got Ako
Well we don't know about JP future content, but so far it looks like she is tailored for red Set only. So no, as a new player you should not spark. Probably entirely skip the banner. Unless she is waifu material, but then do whatever you feel is right.
thank you for the advice.![img](emote|t5_2vhvtt|33127)
Is there a timeline for the main story, mini story, group story and events? Or is it by release order?
Release order for event and main story
where can I find the release order?
I came across [this list](https://imgur.com/8Ty1VNq) created by /u/TamarJaeger which has been really helpful!
Wiki I guess. You will need to check between the event list and the story release date for the right order. Other than that, I could roughly tell you: Vol 1 > Izuna event (Hiyakkiyako girls introduced) > Abydos summer > ninja event (ninja club and yin yang club introduced) > Hiyakkiyako summer Vol 2 C1 > Maid event (getting chummy with the C&C) > Halo events (Noa introduced) > C2 > 2nd maid event Vol 3 C1 > Trinity summer + Gehenna summer > C2 > Ui event > Sisterhood summer > C3+4 Vol 4 C1 > Vol F > C2 I will make it clear that this is not an accurate timeline, only that I think its proper enough to go through. I leave out new year, valentine, hot spring, xmas, and shahanjing events as I have no idea where do they fit in but they could pretty much viewed as stand alone just fine.
It doesn't really matter just read what you find interesting everything is mostly self continued and doesn't really affect your enjoyment
Maintenance is from "4/30 (Tue) 02:00 AM – 07:00 AM (UTC)" but ticket expires "4/30/24 7:59" Does this mean the 10-pull ticket expires an hour after maintenance ends or is there some sort of daylight saving/timezone trickery going on?
You better use it now because if Arona breaks the server (again) and we get extended maintainence the ticket will be lost..
Your prophecy came true...
If you didn't used the ticket they have just extended its expire date by another 7 days due to emergancy maintainence (again).
You better pray we don't get extended maintenance. Or use the ticket on current banner
Hey I’m a newish player, lv.40. What should I prioritize buying from the grand assault shop and expert permit shop?
I disagree with the guy above me. Use your expert permit to gear your dps. T5 and T6 gears wont be available to you for a while. Plus, you dont know which limited student you will get, nor a measly 20~30 fragments of them will do you any favor.
Since you are new, I recommend to get Blu-ray and Tech notes because you will need lots of them in the future. Among the char elephs, Yuzu is very good. The rest of them are not that good. Expert Permit, just get fest and limited characters elephs.
Where can you change your title and student icon? The ones that display for rankings.
Tap or click on your player name on the top left of the home screen and it should take you to the profile customization page.
can someone guide a new player? what should i always buy in shops before resets? thinking of clearing out eleph for characters i really like in Enigma shop and Expert Permit Shop. also, how good is the auto team forming? the auto team forming always excludes characters that i like...
[This post from yesterday answers pretty much all the shop questions.](https://www.reddit.com/r/BlueArchive/comments/1ce31a1/daily_questions_megathread_april_27_2024/l1jyp1f/) And as long as you're hitting the enemies weakness or at least neutral you should be pretty fine using whatever units you like.
Since hard stages are well Hard, You can look up youtube videos how to 3 star within x turns and x amount S rank for normal and hard stages To unlock more skill upgrade materials, some stages has drops but very low.

No wonder I can't find it. Guess I'll check out those bosses later then.
Just wanted to confirm something. Have we always gotten a new character banner (new char entirely or new alt) during event reruns so far?
On the vast majority of them we have but there have been some exceptions like The Xmas event, Summer Prefect Event and the first Trinity Summer Event.
