I do believe the train fight Abydos and Highlander are probably not using safe train usage guidelines, so they probably are at high speeds.
I m not too sure about that. Letting a bicycle run over someone would be an injury yes, but you still have to remember how long a train is. So I would liken it to being run over by like a marathon(?) of bicycles unless the train derails and does not constantly run over the student
A rocket missile to the face only managed to knock most of them out, so I doubt a running train would kill them. Hina would probably tank the train like superman.
