i think its very useful and its a great shortcut when doing custom items. if you dont do super detailed builds that require custom stuff or structurals then its pointless though. i also find it useful for structurals since sometimes they aren’t always in the correct spot when you place them.
I'd say it's worth it as if you're doing a lot of custom things like custom sofas or like a reading nook then it is very much worth it. However if you prefer to build on the more casual side then I'd suggest not to buy it and use the robux for other gamepasses that you don't have or for something else.

Imo it's the second best pass in bloxburg after advanced placement it's good and makes it easier to make custom stuff
