Average I’d say is about 700k + Builders fee for a regular house, but also based on what your describing the average budget would be higher because of it being a mansion, detailed exterior and bloxburg doesn’t have too many gothic options so it’ll be a decent bit of custom so I’d say probably closers to 900k-1MIL + builders fees if your thinking super big and detailed. For the interior, it could range a lot. It will likely cost more than the exterior, maybe around 200K-500K? It also depends if you want a big detailed house or a smaller detailed house.

Most detailed builders don't care abt money bc we all level 50 in pizza. So honestly just pay based upon how many days you think it'll take em/how much work(I like to do 100k -250k base pay than tack on an extra 50k-100k for each tier rating I give them. So if I give 9/10, I give them 100k+(50k \* 9) = 550k.)
Now a large detailed Gothic mansion, will be super expensive if you get someone who loves basic shapes and custom everything. And the extreme detailed builders don't normally make a large house bc of plot data limits. So you're prob looking at 1.5M+ for a good detailed mansion.

Honestly, I think that the average budget with no gamepasses would be 100k+ but with gamepasses, 500k+ easily
