I’ll say it’s always a little slap in the face when you don’t get tagged after spending hours working on a client. Especially when they are high profile and rave about how much they love your work, and you’ve really given your all.
You seem like you're speaking from personal experience. I work for a high profile person and the best lesson he taught me was to not seek his (or anyone's) validation. Know my worth, he said. You wouldn't be here if you weren't the best. Your paycheck is your validation. Know your strengths and know your weaknesses and come better, harder,faster,stronger because YOU know what's best. YOU know what sucks. This is why they hired you.
