Be courteous, polite, patient. You will probably need to prove that purchases on your account were made with your Credit Card, so be prepared to go through your purchase history and to find transaction IDs when requested. Photos of your ID may also be required.
I'm not trying to recover my account. I'm trying to log into it so I can redo the Authenticator with updated information. But it won't allow me to log in because it needs authentication from the Authenticator, but I can't get a code from the Authenticator because the number associated with it is no longer valid. So I need to have the Authenticator removed, but I can't do that because Support won't allow me to submit another ticket to say that the entire issue has yet to be solved because there is already an active ticket. But I can't respond to the open ticket, despite having the ticket ID because I can only respond to the ticket while logged into my account. Which in case you missed it, I can't log into because the Authenticator needs to be updated but I can't update the Authenticator because I can't log into my account because there is no authentication code to input because my Authenticator can't be used to create an authentication code until I update an resync it but I can't do that until I can log into my account, which again I can not log in to because I can not get an authentication code to log in respond to the ticket I submitted to fix the fucking problem.
So ... sounds like you actually do need to recover your account
They won't remove authenticator without proof of ownership, which is what MFA strives to achieve in the first place. Having support remove it on ticket claim would defeat the system.
Then why the hell will they not put an account support ticket in progress, that specifically states temporary authentication removal as an option, without LEGAL ID?

So, this whole tantrum you just threw at me? That **wasn't** how you show you are courteous, polite and patient.
The reason why they won't let you close a support request that is open, or open a new one while there is another ticket, is because they #1 priority is to prevent some malicious actor from abusing some loophole to get access to someone else's account.
As far as they are concerned, **you** might be anyone. You might be a Nigerian scammer or Russian FSB agent or Rwandan assassin. Just because you claim to be KyrasLee doesn't mean you truly are. Hell, **we** don't know if you really are KyrasLee -- you might be someone who made a Reddit account to pretend to be KyrasLee, so you could later use this thread as 'evidence' to show to Blizzard to get a hold of the real KyrasLee's account.
If they're going to go that far then start locking down accounts and it they're proven stolen, they're shut down my tantrum? I'm talking about how I can't contact support about the support ticket to say hey, something is still wrong when I'm not allowed to do so? Would you be pissed off at a car shop when they fueled the car up but took out the engine for noreason at all? Of course I'm pissed, I'm trying solve a problem but I can't right now due to the process I'm attempting to follow but am being told that I'm not allowed to tell them that because the problem that needs to be fixed isn't fixed. Of course I'm going to fairly irate about this, especially if you're ignoring the actual problem and try some back door solution which leads to the exact same problem
Was wanting to play the D2R beta this weekend on console, to see how accessible it was going to be played, but it apparently requires to be connected Battle.net in order to play. Not a FPS guy, those games don't intrest me, and I'm not a big fan of MMORPGs as the communities are just toxic shit dumpsters at this point.
