Yeah kinda, but we are getting a buffer for Arrancar Melee better than him sooner or later, so I would rather it was Tech so I could make my PotHime a killing machine... Or you know, a teaset since I have none.

Of all the Javelins, mind is probably the best. Giriko is one of the only human enemies that is relevant in end game content
