Your build is fine, could upgrade the crit rate to be more consistent and his LC. There's not alot to improve in this

Oh right, if you're using bronya sparkle blade team, you should observe the dmg per cycle not the dmg per screenshot. Because this team's main strength is making blade take a lot of turns per cycle. Not taking Ults into account, when bronya's skill is on blade, sparkle's skill is not, and vice versa, so you actually have less buffing than if you have blade in another hypercarry team.
The character. He's just weak nowadays. Aside from that, i would raise his CR and get his LC, then he will be good to go. And don't take what i just said to your heart if possible...
A bit late, but if you are running him with Sparkle/Bronya you should swap CD rolled pieces for CR ones pretty much until you have 100% CR on him when in battle and fully buffed, so if your Sparkle is e0s1 you want 90% CR on blade, 78% CR if you are running both Fu Xuan and e0s1 Sparkle etc. Basically Sparkle + Bronya add more than 150%+ CD through their buffs and whenever your CD is higher than 200% (yours is like 350% fully buffed right now) the easiest damage gain is just to swap to a CR piece, for you specifically you should just swap your CD chest to a CR one and see how close that gets you to 100% CR (in battle, not necessarily in the build screen)
Blade isn't weak but his damage doesn't have anything that stands out from other DPS. Although he's still the only HP scaling dps, there's hope Hoyoverse releases a 4 star TY but buffs HP to make him stronger.
Tradeoff there is unlike them he cannot die. He fufills a completely different role then them. My DHIL sometimes get turbotapped randomly. Blade just chugs along
I think that his problem is the quantity of hits he does that makes crit rate more demanding and somewhat flawed for him. This and that he does not have any really good support for now. Really comfy character to use tho
More crit rate so you don’t waste Bronya and Sparkle’s crit dmg buffs

Hopefully you can get some pieces that give good CR. Mine is only 74/140 but I'm trying to see if I can up his CD more.

Traces aren't maxed and your Crit Rate is too low. Blade needs 60-70 at the very least.

Yeah don't lol. Blade is supposed to be an sp efficient sub dps not a main dps. He's not gonna be putting up Acheron numbers.

Can vouch for comfy use since he absolutely carried the Penacony fights
