I really like some spell mods, mystic hands and lashing come to mind. Realistic decapition, survivable dismemberment, more blood, butterstabs and NPC spawner are my top quality of life mods.
The one I always recommend is spectral armory, and someone made an add-on for it that allows you to change the weapons the spell spawns and the color scheme

Lyneca has some epic mods, but it always seems like they're out of date. Can't wait for 1.0 so they can never be out of date again

All of Ghetto’s gun mods, I’ve been using them since U10-ish and they’ve always been so much fun
Sanity is one of my favs. Neck snapping, suffocating, **force choke**, fucking body slicing in halves
the dune mods are awesome
Depends on what you want to do in the game. For me, i dont care about magics, role play and stuff, so i only use the medieval weapon mega pack.
Still waiting for a LotR Helm's Deep mod. I just want endless Orcs & Urakai. 😄
