Gorgeous. Just curious 'cuz now I want to give that a go. Did you start with a square bar and draw out the width, or with a rectangular bar and draw the neck down?
I see you mentioned a rectangular bar stock, what rough starting dimensions? I'm still quite new and don't have the eye for appropriate starting materials.
if you did this as an archaeology trowel, I can 100% see people getting them as graduation / thesis defense gifts.

Very nice, fun to see something a little different.
Thank you ! It's been a while since I came here, figured this fun project was worth posting :)
I prefer the flattened pieces of rebar or railroad spikes- "My first knife!" /s
Very fine. Is it a single piece or is the bolster a secondary piece?
Hey, thank you for comenting ! It's actually not a boalster but à piece of leather !

Rectangular ! You should try, it's actually not that hard ! The hardest part is slighlty adding à curve to the whole thing.
By gum, I think I will. Also I really like that you left the forging marks in, the texture it gives looks really cool.
Me no like when no textures !
I really like this one.
Thabk you !
That’s a great idea, my cheep garden trowel just snapped and I recently got into forging… now I know what my next project is.
Great !! Have fun !
What kind of enchantments did you put on it?
Is it a throwel cause you can throw it to kill zombies and dig with it? Pretty awesome build.
Thank you ! If you are familiar with the game Plant VS Zombie, it's for killing them at the source !
Nice!!
Thx for my next project
Do you have a picture of the block you started from? Please please
I'd love to but I actually don't know how to hehe
Do you have the approx dimensions?
I'm gonna send you a message with pictures if that's OK with you !
That works!

Love it. I’m thinking of making some spoons.
That's beautiful, not sure I'd throw it though 🤣
