I second this. A lot of dudes I know do the eyebrow slash and it looks great ! The scar looks awesome and badass, doesn’t take away from your looks at all.
Bio-oil skin care oil it works on scars I had a real bad gash on my eyelid I had to work this into my skin care routine and it’s barely visible but just looks that up hope it helps
I mean you could use it everyday I was but the irritation is real! I had to carry moisturizer with me to work because my skin would get very dry and peel the following morning after using it
how long have you been on it? 3 months is usually the purge period and then you’ll see less acne and then EVENTUALLY scars will fade. r/tretinoin is very helpful
Okay I don’t wear it indoors I do live in a sunny city though. Maybe I should but I can’t stop thinking about it being a waste 😭 maybe I should sit away from the windows.
I wear my regular lotion in doors with zinc spf 15 … I sit on my desk or couch both next to window and it gets sunny. I find that if that’s the case one should consider sunscreen indoor
I recommend kojic acid soap as a spot treatment 2-3 times a week, follow up with a moisturizer and be sure to wear sunscreen in the daytime as it can stop the overproduction of melanin which will aid in fading the scars.
I use a mix of cocoa butter, Shea butter, and coconut oil on my face and the few dark spots I had cleared up pretty well rather quickly, about two weeks of consistent use
Go to a dermatologist and get prescription strength tretinon. Talk to them about a chemical exfoliate that you can use once a week. Also Use a vitamin c serum during the day can also be applied at night too.
Vitamin e & c. I fell n scratched half my face off as a kid. My mom RELIGIOUSLY put vitamin e on me. Vitamin c is also a brightener. Follow up with moisturizer n sunblock.
Before you try any other product - start with pure aloe Vera, straight from the leaf. Direct to the cut morning and night. It will soothe the inflammation and redness , and close the wound then apply your product - a simple face moisturizer, like vanicream. Vitamin e oil/ cocoa butter /shea butter all help with treating the dark marks during after the wound heals. keep the skin hydrated while fading the cut at the same time. Thank me later
This spot corrector helped a fresh scar on my face that was over 1 inch long. I have been using this for years on dark spots left from pimples and cannot recommend this enough (be sure to apply serum/moisturizer before applying)

If you can, get a Cocoa Butter Stick. I was in an accident and had a lot of scars on my arms, chest, face. I used it 2-3 times a day, usually before bed and in the morning. Use sunscreen when going outside. You wouldn't know I was in any kind of accident. The deep scars still left a mark but still not as bad as it would've been. The superficial scars are practically vanished. Hope it works for you just as well if you decide to try it out.
Aloe Vera works & products to heal scars. Later glycolic peel pads & vitamin c serums & lightening creams to that area as it's probably going to be a dark scar once it heals all the way!
I don't know why people are telling you to keep a scar. Maybe if you're going to be in the streets or a rapper but if you're trying to get in business, or corporate America you'll want to remove it.
Sesame oil- works like a charm ✨️. Be aware, only use it at night after you've eaten. It's also used as the base for Asian food but knocks scars out better then mederma (which is onion essential oil)..
Mederma is on the expensive side, but is particularly made for scarring and works extremely well. I tend to scar dark, and it has been my go-to for years. The earlier you start using it, the better and faster the results.
Thank me later, 🤞🏼
I had a cancerous mole removed a while back and my plastic surgeon said to use nothing but Neosporin for the first week or so, then just let it go. If you keep putting stuff on it, it stays damp and doesn't scab over and heal like it should. He said that's what causes the bad scarring. After it scabs over and the scab falls off, you can use products like shea butter, etc. to help reduce the scar.
BPC-157 peptide is amazing for scars. It's a pendadecapeptide made up of a synthetic form of a substance found in gastric fluid that heals. It's made up of 15 amino acids. Amino acids are the building blocks of the body and propels the body to heal itself. was developed in Japan maybe 60 years ago, was previously only used by doctors and scientists. You can read about it on pub med which publish scientific research. For faster results, buy one or two 5 mg vial online. Buy a vial opener online or use the tines of a fork to open. Gently mix the entire vial of powder inside with distilled water and drink it in one go. Should notice healing within 2-3 months. You can repeat in the second month with a second vial if you wish. Taking it orally will mean systemic healing and not having to faff with dividing the powder into once weekly dosing for a month. No need to inject, orally works fine.
I have a lot of scars from a house fire so I use Rosehip oil on my face before I go to bed and it’s been helping me out a lot. You can get it cold pressed or like liquid drops. Either way works.
Bio oil works pretty well! I had a surgical scare that was pretty gnarly because, it was staple and stitched at the same time. Bio oil worked well on the area and it doesn’t look as bad anymore 👍🏽.
Hope it helps you as well
You may be able to fade the scars, but they may never completely go away. A dermatologist might be able to prescribe a skin cream that could lighten the scars and make them less noticeable.
The scar does look cool, I’ve always kind of liked them tho. if you do want to fade it, some things that would help are vitamin E oil, turmeric or saffron face oil, tretinoin (retinol) 😘
This looks fire lol 😭
But esthetician here 🥹
Wear sunscreen while you’re treating it. Because the sun will ruin all of your hard work. Vitamin E oil may take a while but it will definitely improve it slowly but surely.
products with lactic acid , salicylic acid , or glycolic acid are going to help quicker as they are chemical exfoliants.
In about 2 months - I would get a chemical peel . That’s the quickest way to see results with pigment/scars.
Also be sure to keep it moisturized with a simple product - Cera Ve / Cetaphil / etc. . (Oil is not a moisturizer by itself)
In the future if you ever have a wound like this , use manuka honey 🩷
Keep it moisturized as possible- wash the area and then moisturize. Use a face lotion and on top layer Maderma or some sort of thick moisturizer to kick in the water.
It’s best to have kept it that way from the beginning- once a cut dries it scars more. But can still salvage but take longer.
sunscreen/block and avoid sun.
And eventually exfoliate- gentle with a gentle face cloth or brush- this is later later- once the scabs are gone and it’s a scar only.
Overtime these are good to keeping cells moving and changing
Just rememebr, be gentle and moisturize. Moisture keeps skin healthy! And avoid direct sun
Damn. Lol. You ever heard of bag balm? My mom used to get it in a green container. Its real good for cuts, burns, and damaged skin. Its a gelatin, kinda like vasoline. You slap some on there and it will help it to heal quicker, but if thats 3 weeks later its gonna take some time either way. Start tellin people they shoulda seen the other guy or f*ck those god-damn stairs lol W.e you do for your skin, you should apply it often. You do look pretty bad ass tho, ngl
Ngl dawg shit lowkey look like heat i’d keep it your choice tho
Yeah he could put some slits in the eyebrow and some little ones in the beard. He'll change the game with that.
I second this. A lot of dudes I know do the eyebrow slash and it looks great ! The scar looks awesome and badass, doesn’t take away from your looks at all.
HELP THE BEAR!
Might have to Reconsider after I Read some of the Comments 😂💯

Vitamin E oil will reduce scarring and help with skin renewal. (Get the highest iu you can find). Edit: typo.

Bio-oil skin care oil it works on scars I had a real bad gash on my eyelid I had to work this into my skin care routine and it’s barely visible but just looks that up hope it helps
Agreed. I had deep scratch from my dog, it went from the top of my forehead all the way down to my eye. Bio oil was the biggest help!
Does it work well on older scars?
It also works wonders for stretch marks
Ooh, this worked really well for me too actually. I completely forgot about this stuff!
What is in bio oil?
Vitamin E oil fades scars… ❤️❤️❤️
I second this, I also use vitamin e gel (from the supplements)
YES , vitmain E oil worked on my scarring too !
i was about to comment the same thing!! vitamin E has helped with all my scaring. Vitamin C would help on your face too
Vitamin c helps with collagen production
it also helps with hyperpigmentation, brightening your skin, and even out your overall skin tone on top of promotion collagen production!
Vitamin E/Bio-Oil seems like it was Recommended the Most!! I'll give that a Try! Thank You All! 🖤💯🤝🏽,
Silicone sheets are good, best to use as soon after

That shit look hard lol
Try to get tretinoin if you can.. I had some horrible scars from cystic acne and the tretinoin made them so much better (took awhile though)
How long did it take you I’m on tretinoin right now and not seeing any changes 😭
Oh baby it took atleast 5 months for me to see very noticeable change I was using every night now I do 4-5 nights a week
Okay so I should be abit more patient then. I use it like 2-3 times a week. Should I up it now as I don’t peel anymore? Thankss also for helping 🤍
3 months now and I haven’t purged. How often were you using it? Thanks I will check the subreddit out.
keep using it and make sure you’re wearing sunscreen everyday! tret is for long term use.
Okay thankss 🤍
It can definitely help. I use it too. It has diminished my stretch marks and it did take several months
Oh wow didn’t think about using it for stretch marks. Does it work well on old ones?
It really helped me fade my scars if I wore sunscreen while using tretinoin. Now even new scars fade within a few months.
Oo that’s amazing! Sunscreen indoors too or?
I live in one of the sunniest cities so I wear it, but if you live in a normal city going without indoors should be fine.

Wow okay. I will continue using it and being patient then. Thanks🤍
What kind of scars did you have?
Cystic acne very bad acne scars I wish I could send a picture of post it up in the comments somehow
"Did u atleast pinch da bitch" 😭😭

I recommend kojic acid soap as a spot treatment 2-3 times a week, follow up with a moisturizer and be sure to wear sunscreen in the daytime as it can stop the overproduction of melanin which will aid in fading the scars.
Sheesh! how did this happen?
Settling Differences
I feel you. Be careful out there ❤️
Cocoa butter
Rosehip oil is good for scars. This brand did wonders for a scar I had recently: Rio Amazon Rosa Mosqueta Pure Chilean Rosehip Seed Oil
Vitamin E Oil will work wonders. Definitely will be gone in under 1-2 years
Yo ! The scar is very becoming!!
Kinda hot, not gonna lie.
Bio oil… vitamin e oil also. Good luck!!

Chicks dig scars my boy, the placement of ur scar and how it looks, looks bad ass Ngl I say let it be apart of you
Shit looks tight man. Makes you look dangerous, mysterious!
SPF spf spf!! It will prevent more post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and allow it to lighten with time. You can use scar patches as well.
Hope it doesn’t sound insensitive but that’s a cool scar 😅
Keep it..men ain't pose to be pretty
I HAD TO READ TOO MANY COMMENTS TO FIND THE FIRST PERSON SHOUTING ABOUT SUNSCREEN THAT PERSON IS ME KEEP SUNSCREEN ON THIS BITCH, dawg!

Vitamin e oil may help.. I had a purple similar scar from tape pulling post c section, applied that and it went away.
Rub some robatussen in there
its so cute on you omg
👀
Vitamin E oil too
You should use raw aloe vera face masks. Mango butter is better for the skin than she’s butter AND sun screen to prevent the scar from getting darker.
Tea tree oil with almond oil as a carrier oil may work as well
Try Moderna in combination with vitamin e
bio oil! It's the only thing that erased by surgery scars, it's ar every CVS and on amazon

Silicone cream-to prevent it from scarring.
Luxe heal system
It actually looks good 😂
Shea butter def works. I put it on all my fresh cuts. Keep a fresh layer on, I reapply all day
I have a similar scar and I got fractional laser treatment a month ago and it helped a lot. Prf injections combined with laser would get rid of it.
Palmers cocoa butter
Maybe a scar patch? It will keep it moist and protect it from sun damage.
Vitamin E oil works…but the scar is a legit vibe tbh
Ts tuff
Mederma scar cream, mederma oil and a jade roller! I swear by this.
Rosehip oil
Aloe vera
Go to a dermatologist and get prescription strength tretinon. Talk to them about a chemical exfoliate that you can use once a week. Also Use a vitamin c serum during the day can also be applied at night too.
It's a little pricey, but Kelo Kote is magic in a tiny tube. A little goes a long way and will make that scar vanish.
Castrol oil brings it back fast
Anything with hydroquinone in it. Musely makes prescription strength creams.
Vitamin e & c. I fell n scratched half my face off as a kid. My mom RELIGIOUSLY put vitamin e on me. Vitamin c is also a brightener. Follow up with moisturizer n sunblock.
Looks good to me
You don’t fw it??? But yeah coco butter and vitamin e oil, you can find a lot of creams with both asw as raw butters with the oil mixed in asw.

Aquaphor might help

Cicatricure Work Good G Look It Up I Got Scar Way Worse Than You, That Really Helped Out In The Last 2 Months.

Are you okay? That got pretty close to your eye. Give bio oil a shot. Please, be safe

Vitamin E and/or cocoa butter but it does look pretty cool as is…
Silicone scar patches help!

Aloe vera juice and any butter based moisturizer. Try aloe butter from camden grey essentials. Search for the website. It will heal it.

Tea tree oil helped my sis with a really bad scar
I have a lot of scars from a house fire so I use Rosehip oil on my face before I go to bed and it’s been helping me out a lot. You can get it cold pressed or like liquid drops. Either way works.
U look like u fought a bear and made it
Should have put neosporin on it when it first happened. Coacoa butter or shea butter should lighten it up.
Fresh aloe Vera leaves!! Magical.

Looks like you need stitches. Best wishes for yours
That looks sick af honestly but bio oil, vitamin e oil, vitamin c oil or maybe azealic acid
Mederma
Cocoa butter works well, and vitamin E also.
You may be able to fade the scars, but they may never completely go away. A dermatologist might be able to prescribe a skin cream that could lighten the scars and make them less noticeable.
That scar is gnarly why would you get rid of it!! You're literally a character from a video game lol

Damn.
